Claims (4)
- 흡기 밸브 및/또는 배기 밸브의 밸브 타이밍을 조절하기 위해 크랭크축에 대한 캠축의 회전 위상을 변화시키는 자동차용 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어기이며,상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어기는,상기 크랭크축이 소정의 크랭크 각도를 회전할 때마다 크랭크 각도 신호를 출력하는 크랭크 각도 센서(27)와,상기 캠축이 소정의 캠 각도를 회전할 때마다 캠 각도 신호를 출력하는 캠 각도 센서(31)와,상기 크랭크축이 크랭크 각도 신호를 기초로 소정의 샘플링 각도를 회전하는 회전 속도에 관련된 물리적인 양 또는 회전 속도인 속도 정보를 계산하기 위한 속도 계산 수단(106 내지 109, 306 내지 309)과,상기 크랭크 각도 신호, 상기 캠 각도 신호 및 상기 속도 정보를 기초로 크랭크축에 대한 캠축의 회전 위상을 나타내는 캠축 위상을 계산하기 위한 캠축 위상 계산 수단(201 내지 203, 301 내지 305)과,상기 속도 정보 또는 속도 정보의 변동을 기초로 샘플링 각도를 변화시키기 위한 샘플링 각도 변환 수단(102 내지 109)을 포함하고,상기 속도 정보는 크랭크축이 상기 샘플링 각도를 회전할 때마다 속도 계산 수단에 의해 계산되는 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어기.
- 흡기 밸브 및/또는 배기 밸브의 밸브 타이밍을 조절하기 위해 크랭크축에 대한 캠축의 회전 위상을 변화시키는 자동차용 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어기이며,상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어기는,상기 크랭크축이 소정의 크랭크 각도를 회전할 때마다 크랭크 각도 신호를 출력하는 크랭크 각도 센서(27)와,상기 캠축이 소정의 캠 각도를 회전할 때마다 캠 각도 신호를 출력하는 캠 각도 센서(31)와,상기 크랭크축이 크랭크 각도 신호를 기초로 한 소정의 샘플링 각도를 회전하는 회전 속도에 관련된 물리적인 양 또는 회전하는 속도인 속도 정보를 계산하기 위한 속도 계산 수단(405, 406)과,상기 크랭크 각도 신호를 계산하는 크랭크 카운터(28)와,상기 크랭크 각도 신호, 상기 캠 각도 신호 및 상기 속도 정보를 기초로 상기 크랭크축에 대한 캠축의 회전 위상을 나타내는 캠축 위상을 계산하기 위한 캠축 위상 계산 수단(201 내지 203)과,상기 크랭크 카운터의 작동을 기초로 평가된 속도 정보의 변동에 따라 샘플링 각도를 변화시키기 위한 샘플링 각도 변환 수단(102 내지 109)을 포함하고,상기 속도 정보는 상기 크랭크축이 샘플링 각도를 회전할 때마다 속도 계산 수단에 의해 계산되는 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어기.
- 흡기 밸브 및/또는 배기 밸브의 밸브 타이밍을 조절하기 위해 크랭크축에 대한 캠축의 회전 위상을 변화시키는 자동차용 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어기이며,상기 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어기는,상기 크랭크축이 소정의 크랭크 각도를 회전할 때마다 크랭크 각도 신호를 출력하는 크랭크 각도 센서(27)와,상기 캠축이 소정의 캠 각도를 회전할 때마다 캠 각도 신호를 출력하는 캠 각도 센서(31)와,상기 크랭크축이 크랭크 각도 신호를 기초로 소정의 샘플링 각도를 회전하는 회전 속도에 관련된 물리적인 양 또는 회전하는 속도인 속도 정보를 계산하기 위한 속도 계산 수단(106 내지 109, 306 내지 309)과,상기 크랭크 각도 신호, 상기 캠 각도 신호 및 갱신된 크랭크 각도 신호를 기초로 계산된 속도 정보를 기초로 크랭크축에 대한 캠축의 회전 위상을 나타내는 캠축 위상을 계산하기 위한 캠축 위상 계산 수단(501 내지 505)을 포함하는 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 캠축 위상 계산 수단(501 내지 505)은 캠축 위상과 목표 캠축 위상 사이의 차가 소정의 값보다 작을 때, 상기 크랭크 각도 신호, 상기 캠 각도 신호 및 상기 갱신된 크랭크 각도 신호를 기초로 계산된 속도 정보를 기초로 캠축 위상을 계산하는 가변 밸브 타이밍 제어기.
