Description
Claims (20)
- (A) 셸에 위치하는 최소 하나의 촉매를 포함하는 다수의 접촉 튜브를 포함하며, 반응기 셸의 내부는 열 전달 매체가 통과하는 최소 하나의 열 전달 영역을 포함하고 각 접촉 튜브는 프로필렌으로 부터 아크롤레인을 제조하는데 영향을 줄 수 있는 최소 하나의 반응 영역을 포함하는 반응기에(i) 프로필렌 7~11체적%, (ii) 산소, (iii) 수증기 및 (iv) 최소 하나의 비활성 가스를 다량을 포함하는 잔부; 을 포함하는 반응 조성물을 공급하는 단계;(B) 최소 하나의 반응 영역과 반응물을 접촉시켜 아크롤레인을 포함하는 혼합된 생성물 가스를 형성하는 단계;(C) 열 교환기에서 아크롤레인을 포함하는 상기 혼합된 생성물 가스를 냉각시키는 단계;(D) 셸에 위치하는 최소 하나의 촉매를 포함하는 다수의 접촉 튜브를 포함하며, 반응기 셸의 내부는 열 전달 매체가 통과하는 최소 하나의 열 전달 영역을 포함하고 각 접촉 튜브는 아크롤레인으로 부터의 아크릴산 제조에 영향을 줄 수 있는 최소 하나의 반응 영역을 포함하는, 제 2 반응기에, 아크롤레인을 포함하는 상기 냉각 혼합된 생성물 가스를 공급하는 단계; 및(E) 상기 최소 하나의 반응 영역과 아크롤레인을 포함하는 혼합된 생성물 가스를 접촉시켜 아크릴산을 포함하는 혼합된 생성물 가스를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 아크롤레인을 포함하는 혼합된 생성물 가스는 물 및 최소 하나의 중합 억제제가 있는 흡수탑으로 흡수되어 아크릴산 32~55중량%를 포함하는 수성 아크릴산 스트림을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 나아가 아크릴산 정제 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 정제는: 상기 수성 아크릴산 흐름을 라이트 엔드 스트리퍼로 공급하여 상기 수성 아크릴산 스트림으로 부터 라이트 엔드를 제거함을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 정제는 나아가: 최소 하나의 추출기에서 상기 라이트 엔드 스트리퍼로 부터의 상기 수성 아크릴산 스트림을 톨루엔, 이소프로필 아세테이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 부터 선택된 유기 스트림과 접촉시켜 추출 스트림 및 추출찌꺼기 스트림을 생성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 유기 스트림 대 상기 수성 아크릴산 스트림의 비율은 2.9:1에서 3.3:1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 정제는 나아가: 상기 추출 스트림을 리보일러 및 상부 및 하부 트레이를 갖는 컬럼을 포함하는 추출 스트리퍼에 공급하고,여기서 기상 억제제는 상기 리보일러 및 상기 컬럼의 바닥부에 첨가되며, 액상(liquid phase) 억제제는 상기 컬럼의 상부에 첨가되며, 여기서 물과 톨루엔/이소프로필 아세테이트 스트림 및 추출 스트리퍼 스트림이 생성되며;그리고 상기 추출찌꺼기 스트림은 추출찌꺼기 스트리퍼로 공급되어 폐수 스트림 및 톨루엔/이소프로필 아세테이트 재순환 스트림을 생성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 정제는 나아가: 상기 추출 스트리퍼 스트림을 최소 하나의 조질의 아크릴산 증류 컬럼으로 공급하여 상기 컬럼의 상부로 부터 아세트산 스트림과 조질의 아크릴산 스트림을 생성하며; 상기 물과 톨루엔/이소프로필 아세테이트를 임의로 상기 추출 스트리퍼로 재순환되는 톨루엔/이소프로필 아세테이트 스트림 및 상기 추출찌꺼기 스트리퍼로 재순환되는 수성 스트림으로 분리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 정제는 나아가 상기 아세트산 스트림을 아세트산 증류 컬럼으로 공급하여 상기 컬럼의 상부로 부터 아세트산을 생성하고 상기 컬럼의 바닥부로 부터 아크릴산은 상기 조질 아크릴산 컬럼으로 되돌아오며 그리고 상기 페수를 다른 아크릴산 생성 유니트로 흡수기로 공급함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
