Claims (22)
- (메트)아크릴계 (공)중합체로부터 형성된 투명 열가소성 물질 및 광산란성 입자를 기초로 한 광산란성 성형품용 열가소성 조성물로서,상기 조성물은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 (PTFE) 입자, 또는, PTFE 입자와,광물성 화합물의 입자, 유기 화합물의 입자 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 입자의 혼합물을 함유하고,상기 광산란성 입자는 평균 크기가 0.5 ㎛ 내지 200 ㎛이고, 굴절률이 상기 투명 열가소성 물질의 굴절률에 비해 ±0.05 이상 차이가 나며, 전체 조성물을 기준으로 5 중량ppm 내지 2000 중량ppm의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광산란성 입자의 함량은 10 내지 200 ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광산란성 입자는 평균 크기가 2 ㎛ 내지 20 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광산란성 입자는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌만으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광산란성 입자는 PTFE 입자와, 광물성 화합물의 입자, 유기 화합물의 입자 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 입자의 혼합물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광산란성 입자는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 입자 및 가교 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 입자로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광산란성 입자는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 입자, 및 이산화티탄, 황산바륨 및 산화아연으로부터 선택된 광물성 화합물의 입자로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리알킬 메타크릴레이트, 및 알킬 메타크릴레이트와, 상기 알킬 메타크릴레이트와 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 기를 하나 이상 함유하는 하나 이상의 단량체와의 공중합체로부터 선택된 열가소성 (메트)아크릴계 (공)중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 (공)중합체는 하기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물:- 주 단량체로서 알킬 메타크릴레이트 70 내지 100 중량%; 및- 상기 알킬 메타크릴레이트와 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 기를 하나 이상 함유하는 단량체(들) 0 내지 30 중량%.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 기를 하나 이상 함유하는 단량체(들)는 C1-C8 알킬 아크릴레이트, 스티렌, 치환된 스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 주 단량체와는 다른 C1-C8 알킬 메타크릴레이트, C1-C4 히드록시알킬 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트, C1-C4 알콕시알킬 또는 C1-C4 아릴옥시알킬 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 말레이미드, 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬렌기를 갖는 알킬렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 메타크릴레이트는 알킬기에 1 내지 8 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 메타크릴레이트는 메틸 메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 압출, 사출, 압축 또는 주형을 사용한 성형에 의해, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항 에 정의된 열가소성 조성물로부터 형성된 광산란성 성형품.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 시이트의 형태로 성형된 성형품.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 광산란성 입자의 농도가 시이트의 두께에 따라 변하여, 산란성 표면에 근접한 영역에서 농도가 가장 높거나, 다르게는 상기 농도가 시이트의 길이에 따라 변하여, 광원에 근접한 영역에서 농도가 가장 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 시이트는 두께가 3 ㎜ 내지 25 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- (메트)아크릴계 (공)중합체로부터 형성된 투명 열가소성 물질로 만들어진 지지체, 및 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 조성물의 층을 함유하는 광산란성 성형품.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 공압출 또는 피복에 의해 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체는 두께가 2 ㎜ 내지 25 ㎜이고, 조성물에 의해 형성된 상기 층은 두께가 20 내지 1000 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 면에 평형 접착성 스트립의 형태로 스크린-인쇄된 도트 (dot) 또는 필름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제 13 항에 따른 성형품을 포함하는 광 표시 장치.
- 제 13 항에 따른 성형품을 포함하는 평판 광 스크린.
