Claims (3)
- 차량용 서스펜션 코일 스프링에 있어서,상기 코일 스프링(1)은, 일정한 재료경을 가지는 환봉 형상의 스프링 재료가 코일 스프링 형상으로 권취되어 형성되되, 그 코일 형상이 코일경의 중심축(A)을 기준으로 하여 일측은 원형 형상의 원형부(10)가 형성되며, 타측은 상기 원형부(10)의 반경(R)의 1.07배 내지 1.4배가 되도록 타측으로 더 연장된 장축(B)을 가지는 타원 형상의 타원부(11)가 형성되도록 열간 가공으로 권취되어, 상기 타원부(11)가 차량의 타이어(4) 측으로 위치하도록 서스펜션(3)에 장착됨으로써 상기 코일 스프링의 하중축(L)을 상기 코일 스프링(1)이 설치되는 차량의 하중축(K)과 일치되도록 이동시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 승차감을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심 하중형 코일 스프링.
