Description
Claims (12)
- 추기형 광기록매체의 광기록 재생 방법에 있어서,기판의 광입사면측에 유전체 재료를 주성분으로 하는 모재와, 보조재를 적어도 존재시키고, 외부로부터 기록되어야 할 정보에 따라서 강도 변조된 에너지를 가하는 단계와,상기 모재를 결정화시키는 것에 의해 상기 모재의 광학특성을 변화시켜서 상기 정보를 기록하는 단계와,상기 광학특성의 변화에 의한 반사율의 변화를 판독하여 상기 정보를 재생하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 에너지가 가해진 상기 보조재는 상기 모재의 결정화를 촉진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추기형 광기록매체의 광기록 재생 방법.
- 추기형 광기록매체의 광기록 재생 방법에 있어서,기판의 광입사면측에 적어도 유전체 재료를 주성분으로 하는 모재와, 보조재를 인접하여 존재시키고, 상기 모재 및 보조재에 외부로부터 기록되어야 할 정보에 따라서 강도 변조된 에너지를 가하는 단계와,상기 모재를 결정화시키는 것에 의해 상기 모재의 광학특성을 변화시켜서 상기 정보를 기록하는 단계와,상기 광학특성의 변화에 따른 반사율의 변화를 판독하여 상기 정보를 재생하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 에너지가 가해진 상기 보조재는 상기 모재의 결정화를 촉진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추기형 광기록매체의 광기록 재생 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모재를 막형상으로 하여 상기 보조재에 인접하여 존재시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 모재를 막형상으로 하여 상기 보조재에 인접하여 존재시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생 방법.
- 추기형 광기록매체의 광기록 재생 방법에 있어서,기판의 광입사면측에 적어도 유전체 재료를 주성분으로 하는 모재와, 보조재를 혼합하여 막형상으로 존재시키고, 여기에 외부로부터 기록되어야 할 정보에 따라서 강도 변조된 에너지를 가하는 단계와,상기 모재를 결정화시키는 것에 의해 상기 모재의 광학특성을 변화시켜서 상기 정보를 기록하는 단계와,상기 광학특성의 변화에 따른 반사율의 변화를 판독하여 상기 정보를 재생하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 에너지가 가해진 상기 보조재는 상기 모재의 결정화를 촉진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추기형 광기록매체의 광기록 재생 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모재를 막형상으로 하여 상기 보조재를 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,레이저빔을 조사하는 것에 의해 상기 에너지를 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 재생 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유전체 재료는 Al2O3, AlN, ZnS, GeN, GeCrN, CeO2, SiO, SiO2, SiC, ZnO, MgO, MgF, Ta2O5, La2SiON, Si3N4, TiO2, InSnO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추기형 광기록매체의 광기록 재생 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보조재는 Sn, Ti, Si, Bi, Ge, C, V, W, Zr, Zn, Mg, Mn, Ag, Al, Nb, Au, Cu, Ta로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추기형 광기록매체의 광기록 재생 방법.
- 추기형 광기록매체에 있어서,기판과,기판의 광입사면측에 설치된 기록층을 포함하고,상기 기록층은 유전체 재료를 주성분으로 하면서 외부로부터 기록되어야 할 정보에 따라서 강도 변조된 에너지에 의해 결정화를 일으켜서 정보를 기록하는 모재와, 보조재를 구비하고,상기 에너지가 가해진 상기 보조재는 상기 모재의 결정화를 촉진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추기형 광기록매체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 유전체 재료는 Al2O3, AlN, ZnS, GeN, GeCrN, CeO2, SiO, SiO2, SiC, ZnO, MgO, MgF, Ta2O5, La2SiON, Si3N4, TiO2, InSnO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추기형 광기록매체.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 보조재는 Sn, Ti, Si, Bi, Ge, C, V, W, Zr, Zn, Mg, Mn, Ag, Al, Nb, Au, Cu, Ta로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추기형 광기록매체.
