- 삭제
- 1몰 내지 7몰의 KOH수용액과 활성탄을 균일하게 혼합하는 단계; 혼합물을 30℃ ~ 90℃로 1시간 ~ 48시간 동안 가열한 후, 실온으로 방냉하는 단계; 방냉 후 고분자 여과지로 여과하여 얻은 활성탄을 건조시키는 단계;를 거쳐 처리하는 것에 있어서,상기 건조단계를 거친 KOH처리 활성탄 분말과 도전제인 케젠블랙 분말을 혼합한 다음 결착제인 폴리비닐디플로리덴 용액을 활성탄 분말에 대하여 3 ~ 10중량%로 첨가하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;제조된 슬러리를 니켈메쉬 집전체에 도포 후 25 ~ 80℃에서 4000psi로 20 ~ 40분간 건조 압착하는 단계;를 거쳐 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄의 KOH 처리를 통한 수퍼커패시터용 전극 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,케젠블랙 분말은 KOH처리 활성탄 분말에 대하여 30중량%로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄의 KOH 처리를 통한 수퍼커패시터용 전극 제조방법.
