Claims (11)
- 측부(32), 단부(33), 지붕(34) 및 바닥(35)을 갖는 대형의 다각형 액체 저장용 탱크(10)에 있어서,횡방향으로 배치되며 내부의 다각형 트러스-지지 프레임 구조체(31)의 길이를 따라 서로로부터 종방향으로 이격되어 있는 정렬된 수직 트러스 구조체들을 포함하는 내부의 다각형 트러스-지지 프레임 구조체(31) 및,상기 탱크 내에 액체를 수용하기 위해 연결된 수직 및 수평 부재의 각각에 부착되는 밀봉 커버를 포함하며,상기 수직 트러스 구조체들의 각각은, 상기 수직 트러스 구조체의 각각의 외주부를 형성하도록 각각의 단부에 연결된 수직 부재(44) 및 수평 부재(45)와; 상기 연결된 수직 부재(44) 및 수평 부재(45) 내에 그리고 상기 연결된 수직 부재(44) 및 수평 부재(45) 사이에 고정된 부가의 지지 부재(46,44a,45a)를 포함하는 액체 저장용 탱크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 부가 중간 섹션(36)이 상기 내부 프레임 구조체 내에 종방향으로 배치되어서 두 개의 인접한 횡방향 및 종방향으로 이격된 수직 트러스들 사이에 고정되는 액체 저장용 탱크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 커버는 상기 내부 프레임 구조체의 외측에 고정된 복수의 보강 부재(stiffening member;17.18)에 의해 수직 또는 수평 방향으로 보강된 플레이트(11,12,13,14)를 포함하는 액체 저장용 탱크.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는 9% 니켈강으로 구성되는 액체 저장용 탱크.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는 알루미늄으로 구성되는 액체 저장용 탱크.
- 측부(32), 두 단부(33), 지붕(34) 및 바닥(35)을 갖는 대형의 다각형 액체 저장용 탱크에 있어서,두 개의 측부(32)와, 지붕(34) 및, 바닥(35)을 구비하는 상기 두 단부중 하나의 단부와; 상기 탱크의 각각의 측부의 각 세그먼트(segment)를 형성하도록 상기 하나의 단부의 각각의 두 개의 측부에 고정되는 플레이트들과; 상기 탱크의 상기 바닥의 세그먼트를 형성하도록 상기 하나의 단부의 바닥에 고정되는 플레이트들; 및, 상기 탱크의 지붕의 세그먼트를 형성하도록 상기 하나의 단부의 지붕에 고정되는 플레이트들을 포함하는 두 개의 단부 섹션(section;38)과,수직 트러스 구조체의 외주부를 형성하도록 각각의 단부에 연결된 수직 부재(44) 및 수평 부재(45)와; 상기 연결된 수직 및 수평 부재의 외주부 사이에 고정되어 수직 트러스 구조체를 형성하는 부가의 지지 부재(46,44a,45a); 및, 상기 수직 트러스 구조체의 외주부에 고정되어 상기 탱크의 측부, 바닥 및 지붕의 각각의 중간 세그먼트를 형성하는 플레이트들을 포함하고 상기 두 개의 단부 섹션 사이에 배치되어 고정되는 적어도 하나의 중간 섹션(36)을 포함하고,상기 수직 트러스 구조체에 고정된 상기 플레이트들은 상기 탱크의 측부, 바닥 및, 지붕을 형성하도록 상기 각각의 단부 섹션에서 상기 각각의 플레이트에 고정되는 대형의 다각형 액체 저장용 탱크.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 트러스 구조체를 갖는 하나 이상의 부가의 중간 섹션(36)과,상기 하나 이상의 부가의 중간 섹션의 수직 트러스 구조체와 상기 하나 이상의 중간 섹션의 수직 트러스 구조체 사이에 고정되는 하나 이상의 종방향으로 배치된 수직 트러스를 포함하는 대형의 다각형 액체 저장용 탱크.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는 9% 니켈강으로 구성되는 대형의 다각형 액체 저장용 탱크.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는 알루미늄으로 구성되는 대형의 다각형 액체 저장용 탱크.
- 두 단부(33), 측부(32), 지붕(34) 및 바닥(35)을 갖는 대형의 다각형 액체 저장용 탱크(10)의 시공 방법에 있어서,측부, 지붕 및, 바닥을 갖는 두 개의 단부중 하나의 단부를 형성하는 단계와; 상기 탱크의 각각의 측부의 각 세그먼트를 형성하도록 상기 하나의 단부의 상기 측부에 플레이트들을 부착하는 단계와; 상기 탱크의 지붕의 세그먼트를 형성하도록 상기 하나의 단부의 지붕에 플레이트들을 부착하는 단계; 및 상기 탱크의 바닥의 세그먼트를 형성하도록 상기 하나의 단부의 바닥에 플레이트들을 부착하는 단계로 각각 구성되는 두 개의 단부 섹션(38)을 제조하는 단계와,수직 트러스 구조체의 외주부를 형성하도록 수직 부재(44) 및 수평 부재(45)의 각각의 단부를 연결하고 상기 수직 트러스 구조체를 형성하도록 상기 각각의 수직 부재(44) 및 수평 부재(45) 사이의 상기 외주부 내에 부가의 지지 부재(46,44a,45a)를 고정함으로써 수직 트러스 구조체를 형성하는 단계; 중간 섹션을 형성하도록 플레이트들을 상기 수직 부재 및 수평 부재의 양쪽에 고정하는 단계로 구성되는 하나 이상의 중간 섹션(36)을 제조하는 단계 및,두 개의 단부 섹션 상의 상기 플레이트들의 각각에 상기 중간 섹션 상의 플레이트들을 결합시킴으로써, 상기 두 개의 단부 섹션들 사이에 상기 하나 이상의 중간 섹션을 고정하고 그에 의해서 상기 두 단부 섹션과 상기 하나 이상의 중간 섹션이 함께 고정될 때, 상기 탱크의 방호벽을 형성하는 상기 결합 플레이트로써 상기 다각형 탱크를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 대형의 다각형 액체 저장용 탱크 시공 방법.
