Claims (4)
- 우유의 살균에 있어서,우유탱크에서 이송되고 예열부위를 통과한 우유에 질소가스를 주입한 다음, 일측에 유입구(inlet)와 배출구(outlet)를 구비하고 있으며 유입구와 배출구 사이에 고정자(stator)와 로터(rotor)를 구비하되 유입구 및 배출구의 직경보다 작은 직경의 경로가 고정자와 로터 사이에 형성된 질소가스 혼합장치에 상기 질소가스가 주입된 우유를 유입시킨 후 로터를 회전시켜 우유와 질소가스의 혼합에 의해 우유에 주입된 질소가스의 입자크기를 작게하여 우유속의 용존산소와 접촉하는 질소가스의 표면적을 증가시키면서 우유중의 용존산소와 질소가스를 치환시켜 우유중의 용존산소를 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우유속의 용존산소를 감소시켜 우유를 살균하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소가스 혼합장치를 통과한 우유를 탈기장치내로 이송시켜 우유속의 미세기포, 질소 치환된 용존산소, 질소가스 및 용존산소를 제거하는 단계를 추가로 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 우유속의 용존산소를 감소시켜 우유를 살균하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예열부위의 온도는 60∼80℃ 임을 특징으로 하는 우유속의 용존산소를 감소시켜 우유를 살균하는 방법.
