Claims (14)
- 글루코스를 함유한 샘플 내의 1,5-안하이드로글루시톨 (1,5-AG) 측정방법으로서, 하기 단계를 포함하는 방법:수성 매질 내에서 뉴클레오사이드 다이포스페이트 (NDP) 및 뉴클레오사이드 트리포스페이트 (NTP)의 존재 하에, NDP-의존성 헥소키나제, 포스포헥소스 아이소머라제 및 6-포스포프룩토키나제에 의해 글루코스를 프룩토스-1,6-다이포스페이트로 전환하고, NDP-의존성 헥소키나제에 의해 1,5-AG 를 1,5-AG-6-포스페이트로 전환하는 단계,산화형 조효소 존재하에 1,5-AG-6-포스페이트 디하이드로게나제에 의해 1,5-AG-6-포스페이트를 탈수소화하는 단계, 및탈수소화 반응에 의해 형성된 환원형 조효소의 양을 측정하는 단계.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 환원형 조효소 양의 측정을 테트라졸리움 염으로부터 형성된 색소의 색상분석에 의해 실시하는 방법.
