Claims (3)
- 몰딩된 몰딩 재료의 수류를 통한 냉각을 위해 그 내부에 설치된 워터 채널과 그 둘레 표면에 배치된 다수의 후크형 공동을 구비한 회전 가능한 다이 휠을 포함하되, 상기 다이 휠의 양측에 압출 장치와 냉각 장치가 각각 위치하고, 상기 압출 장치는 상기 다이 휠의 둘레 표면에 근접된 설치된 상부 노즐 섹션과 하부 노즐 섹션으로 구성된 노즐세트를 통하여 용융 플라스틱과 같은 몰딩 재료를 압출하고, 몰딩하고자 하는 후크 부재의 베이스 부분의 두께를 한정하고 또한 상기 압출 장치로부터 압출된 몰딩 재료를 다이 휠의 둘레표면과 다이 휠에 형성된 후크형 공동에 정확하게 접촉 및 충전시키기 위해 상기 상부 및 하부 노즐 섹션은 상기 압출 장치와 함께 전후로 조정될 수 있게 이동시킬 수 있게 구성되어, 압출된 몰딩 재료를 후크형 공동 내에 충전시키기 위한 용융 온도로 유지시킬 수 있고, 상기 압출장치에 의해 압출된 몰딩 재료로 형성되는 후크 돌기와 베이스 부분을 가지고 또한 상기 다이 휠을 따라 회전하는 몰딩된 후크 부재를 냉각 장치에 의해 냉각시키고 응고시킨 후에 권취 롤러를 사용하여 후크형 공동으로부터 끌어내어 다이 휠의 상부에 위치된 가이드 롤러를 따라 위쪽으로 이동시킴으로써 권취되어 모여지도록 하며, 가이드 롤러를 다이 휠의 한쪽 상부에 위치시켜 그로부터 미리 정해진 간격을 두고 적절하게 이격시킴으로써, 몰딩된 후크 부재를 다이 휠의 연속 회전 시에 후크형 공동으로부터 균일하게 제거할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후크 패스너 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조하고자 하는 단일 후크 돌기 또는 이중 후크 돌기를 가지는 후크 부재의 최종 형상에 따라 상기 다이 휠의 후크형 공동을 단일 후크 형상 또는 이중 후크 형상으로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 후크 패스너 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출 장치의 상부 노즐 섹션을 다이 휠의 둘레 표면에 밀접하게 위치시키고, 하부 노즐 섹션을 다이 휠로부터 일정 간격을 두고 이격시켜 압출된 몰딩 재료가 상부 노즐 섹션에 과도하게 축적되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후크 패스너 제조 방법.
