Claims (10)
- 폴리아미드 66, 폴리아미드 6, 및 폴리아미드 66과 폴리아미드 6의 얼로이 중에서 선택된 폴리아미드 수지 60 ∼ 91 중량%;금속섬유 및 카본섬유 5 ∼ 20 중량%;열가소성 고무 탄성체 3 ∼ 15 중량%, 및산 변성 폴리올레핀 1 ∼ 5 중량%를 포함하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지는 상대 점도가 2.3 ∼ 3.0 (20 ℃, 96 % 황산 100 ml 중 폴리머 1 g 용액) 인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유의 함량이 3 ∼ 10 중량%이고 상기 카본섬유의 함량이 2 ∼ 10 중량%이며 상기 금속섬유의 함량이 상기 카본섬유의 함량 이상인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유는 스테인레스 스틸 파이버 55 ∼ 80 중량% 와 폴리아미드12 수지 20 ∼ 45 중량%로 구성된 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 금속섬유는 길이가 4 ∼ 5 mm이고 굵기가 8 ∼ 11 ㎛인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카본섬유는 카본의 함량이 90 중량% 이상이며 밀도가 1 ∼ 3 g/cm3이고 길이가 3 ∼ 12 mm인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 고무 탄성체는에틸렌을 포함하는 α-올레핀 고무 또는 디엔계 고무에 α,β-불포화카르본산 또는 α,β-불포화무수물 또는 그 유도체가 0.4 ∼ 10 중량% 그라프팅된 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 고무 탄성체는 무수말레인산에 의해 0.4 ∼ 10 중량% 그라프팅된 에틸렌프로필렌 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 변성 폴리올레핀은 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 또는 메틸메타크릴산에 의해 1 ∼ 3 중량% 개질된 폴리올레핀인 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 조성물로 제조하고, 굴곡탄성율 40,000 ∼ 120,000 kg/cm2, 충격강도 10 ∼ 30 kgcm/cm 및 체적고유저항 103 ∼ 107인 도전성 폴리아미드 수지.
