Claims (12)
- I) 하기 화학식 I의 다관능성 카르보실란 및(또는) 카르보실록산 및(또는) 그의 (부분) 축합 생성물,<화학식 I>W[(CH2)mSiR1 nX(3-n)]p[여기서,R1은 C1-C18-알킬 및(또는) C6-C20 아릴이며 분자내 R1은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고,X는 OH, C1-C4 알콕시, C6-C20 아릴옥시, C1-C6 아실옥시로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 기이고,n은 0 내지 2이고,m은 2 내지 6이고,p는 2 이상의 정수이고,W는 선형, 고리형 또는 분지형 실란 또는 실록산임]II) OH-관능성 용매 중 고체 함량이 40 중량% 이상인 1종 이상의 하기 화학식 II의 가수분해성 화합물의 중축합 생성물,<화학식 II>R2 aM(Y)(b)[여기서, M은 Si, B, Al, Ti, Zr, V, Zn이고,R2는 O, N, S, P로 구성된 군 중 하나 이상으로 치환될 수 있는 동일하거나 상이한 비가수분해성 C1-C14 알킬 잔기 또는 C6-C20 아릴 잔기이고,Y는 가수분해성 기이고,a는 0 내지 3이고,b는 1 내지 4이고, 여기서 a+b는 3 또는 4임]III) 하기 화학식 III의 α,ω-관능성 선형 올리고실록산, 및<화학식 III>[여기서, Z는 히드록시 또는 C1-C4 알콕시이고,R3은 C1-C18 알킬 또는 알케닐이며 분자내 R3은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고,c는 1 내지 60임]IV) 산성, 염기성 또는 금속성 촉매로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 촉매를 함유하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 II의 가수분해성 화합물이 M은 규소이고 a는 0 또는 1인 가수분해성 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 II의 가수분해성 화합물이 테트라에톡시실란, 메틸트리에톡시실란 및(또는) 페닐트리에톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 III의 α,ω-관능성 선형 올리고실록산이 α,ω-히드록시-관능성 폴리디메틸 실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, α,ω-관능성 선형 올리고실록산이 하나 이상의 화학식 II의 가수분해성 화합물의 중축합 생성물내로 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 혼입된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물이I) 화학식 I의 다관능성 카르보실란 및(또는) 카르보실록산 또는 그의 (부분) 축합 생성물 20 내지 70 중량%,II) OH-관능성 용매 중 고체 함량이 40 중량% 이상인 1종 이상의 화학식 II의 가수분해성 화합물의 축중합 생성물 (여기서 축중합 생성물은 또한 α,ω-관능성 선형 올리고실록산을 포함할 수 있음) 10 내지 70 중량%,III) 1종 이상의 화학식 II의 가수분해성 화합물로부터 형성된 중축합 생성물 중에 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 함유될 수 있는 화학식 III의 α,ω-관능성 선형 올리고실록산 5 내지 50 중량%, 및IV) 촉매 용액 0.5 내지 20 중량% (단, 성분 (I) 내지 (IV)의 합은 100 중량%임)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- OH-관능성 용매 중에서 고체 함량이 40 중량% 이상이 되도록 화학식 II의 가수분해성 화합물 및 화학식 III의 α,ω-관능성 선형 올리고실록산으로부터 형성된 중축합 생성물을 졸-겔 공정에 의해 제조하는 제1 단계, 및 제1 단계에서 성분 (II) 및 성분 (III)으로부터 제조된 중축합 생성물을 성분 (I), (III) 및 (IV)와 함께 균일하게 교반하는 제2 단계를 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 코팅 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 무기 또는 유기 재료 및 물건을 코팅하는 방법에 있어서, 제1항에 따른 코팅 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 무기 또는 유기 재료 및 물건에 제1항에 따른 코팅 조성물을 도포하여 제조된 예를 들어 오물, 낙서 또는 해양 생물 부착 방지용 비점착층.
- 제11항에 있어서, 빌딩, 대형 차량 및 철도 차량 표면의 효과적인 오물, 낙서 또는 해양 생물 부착 방지를 특징으로 하는 비점착층.
