Claims (4)
- 가열로에서, 슬라브의 이동방향에 따른 온도분포 중 비선형적인 분포를 갖는 피크(peak)점 및 밸리(valley)점의 위치 및 온도를 구하여 슬라브의 온도 분포를 예측하는 방법에 있어서,버너 연료유량, 공기유량, 및 슬라브의 이동방향에 따라 슬라브가 위치하는 가열대와 이웃하는 가열대로 부터 유입되는 배가스 유량의 함수로 부터 상기 피크점의 위치를 구하고,슬라브가 위치하는 가열대의 열전대 온도, 버너 연료유량, 공기유량 및 슬라브의 이동방향에 따라 슬라브가 위치하는 가열대와 이웃하는 가열대로 부터 유입되는 배가스 유량의 함수로 부터 상기 피크점의 온도를 구하고,서로 이웃하는 가열대 사이의 노즈부 입구 위치를 상기 밸리점의 위치로 결정하고,슬라브가 위치하는 가열대의 열전대 온도 또는 상기 피크점의 온도, 및 슬라브의 이동방향에 따라 슬라브가 위치하는 가열대와 이웃하는 가열대로 부터 유입되는 배가스 유량의 함수로 부터 상기 밸리점의 온도를 예측하고,상기 피크점의 위치 및 온도, 상기 밸리점의 위치 및 온도를 사용하여 가열로 내 온도 프로파일을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라브 온도 예측 방법.
