Claims (4)
- 냉매 흡입관과 냉매 토출관이 구비되는 하우징;상기 하우징 내부에 장착되며, 내측에 다수 개의 토출 유로가 관통 형성되는 고정자와, 상기 고정자의 외측에 장착되는 회전자가 포함되는 구동 모터;상기 고정자의 중심부를 관통하여 상기 고정자와 함께 회전하는 구동축;상기 구동축의 상단부를 지지하며, 하측에 적어도 하나의 바이패스 홀이 형성되는 오일 스커트가 장착되는 메인 프레임;상기 메인 프레임의 상측에 안착되어 냉매를 고온 고압으로 압축하는 압축부;가 포함되는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오일 스커트는 하측으로 소정 길이와 직경으로 연장되는 가이드 슬리브가 포함되고, 상기 바이패스 홀은 상기 가이드 슬리브의 외측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 압축부로부터 토출되는 고온 고압의 유체 중 일부는 상기 가이드 슬리브에 의하여 가이드되어, 상기 고정자의 토출 유로를 따라 하강하고,나머지 일부는 상기 바이패스 홀을 통하여 토출되어 상기 냉매 토출관을 통 하여 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압축부는 상기 메인 프레임의 상부면에서 선회 운동하는 선회 스크롤과,상기 선회 스크롤의 상측에 안착되며, 상기 메인 프레임에 고정장착되는 고정 스크롤이 포함되고,상기 고정 스크롤의 상측에는 압축된 유체가 토출되는 토출홀이 형성되고, 일측 가장자리에는 상기 토출홀을 통하여 토출된 유체가 구동모터쪽으로 하강하기 위한 연통홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
