Description
Claims (7)
- 기판상에 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 절연막상에 소정 간격을 갖는 복수개의 포토레지스트 패턴을 형성하는 단계;상기 기판의 전면에 전면 식각을 통해 상기 포토레지스트 패턴을 전사시킴과 동시에 상기 절연막을 표면으로부터 소정두께만큼 식각하여 상기 절연막의 표면에 복수개의 요철을 형성하는 단계;상기 요철이 형성된 절연막상에 반사판을 형성하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연막은 유기 절연막으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연막은 아크릴 수지, 폴리이미드, BCB, 산화막, 질화막 중에서 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전면 식각은 SF6 + O2 + He 가스를 이용하여 실시하 는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포토레지스트 패턴을 형성하는 단계는상기 절연막상에 포토레지스트를 도포하는 단계와,상기 포토레지스트가 도포된 기판을 소정 온도에서 소정 시간 동안 소프트 베이크를 실시하는 단계와,상기 포토레지스트를 노광 및 현상 공정으로 패터닝하여 포토레지스트 패턴을 형성하는 단계와,상기 포토레지스트 패턴을 소정 온도에서 소정 시간동안 하드 베이크하는 단계를 포함하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반사판은 Al막, Ag막, MoW막, Al-Nd 합금막, Cr막 중에서 어느 하나의 막을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 요철이 형성된 절연막상에 반사판을 형성하기 전에 절연막상에 다른 절연막을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
