Claims (5)
- 영구자석과 코일에 흐르는 전류에 의하여 발생한 자기장 사이의 인력 혹은 척력을 이용하여 렌즈가 부착된 경통의 위치를 조절하는 음성 코일 모듈(Voice coil Module, 이하 VCM이라 한다)에 있어서,렌즈가 부착되어 렌즈와 수직 방향으로 이동 가능한 경통;상기 경통의 좌우 측면에서 상기 경통을 고정시킬 수 있는 경통 고정핀;상기 경통을 내부 중앙에 포함하는 케이스;상기 경통의 하단에서 케이스에 부착되는 제1 스프링;상기 경통 고정핀과 케이스의 내측면 사이에 결합되는 제2 스프링; 및상기 케이스의 외부, 그리고 상기 경통 고정핀의 연장선상에 부착된 상기 경통 고정핀 구동용 코일;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 VCM.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경통의 외부에 부착된 제1 위치 측정용 코일;상기 케이스 외부에서 상기 경통 고정핀 구동용 코일과 직각 방향에 부착된 제2 위치 측정용 코일;상기 제1 코일 또는 제2 코일중 어느 하나에 전류를 인가하는 전류 입력단; 및상기 제1 코일 또는 제2 코일 중 전류 입력단 이외의 코일에 연결되는 위치 측정용 전압 출력단;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 VCM.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 경통 고정 핀은 강자성체 또는 상자성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 VCM.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 경통 고정 핀은 일부분이 강자성체 또는 상자성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 VCM.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전류 입력단과 연결된 코일은 경통 구동용 코일로도 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 VCM.
