Claims (8)
- 차량용 고전압케이블에 형성된 편조부가 결합되도록 내부가 관통 형성된 실드바디부;상기 실드바디부의 전방 내측으로 삽입되되 상기 실드바디부의 내주면에 밀착되어 결합하고, 상하면에 내측으로 요입된 요입부가 구비된 제 1지그;상기 실드바디부의 외주면에 차량용 고전압케이블의 편조부가 위치되고, 상기 편조부의 외측으로 결합 가능하도록 내부가 관통 형성된 홀더부; 및상기 홀더부의 외주면에 결합되며 상기 실드바디부와 편조부 및 홀더부가 밀착되게 결합된 후에 상기 실드바디부와 편조부 및 홀더부의 고착력이 유지되도록 상기 제 1지그의 요입부를 향해 가압하는 가압부재가 구비된 제 2지그를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 고전압케이블.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 실드바디부는 후방을 향해 연장 형성되되 길이 방향을 따라 내측으로 경사지게 형성되고, 편조부의 마모를 방지하도록 단부가 내측으로 절곡된 제 1마모방지부가 구비된 연장부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 고전압케이블.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 1마모방지부는 연장부의 내측으로 라운드지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 고전압케이블.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1지그는 실드바디부의 내측으로 결합된 후에 상기 실드바디부의 상측으로 분리되어 밀착되는 제 1상부지그, 상기 실드바디부의 하측으로 분리되어 밀착되는 제 1하부지그를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 고전압케이블.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1지그는 상기 실드바디부의 내측으로 삽입시에 상기 실드바디부의 외측에 면접촉되는 단턱부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 고전압케이블.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1지그의 요입부는 상하면에 적어도 2개 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 고전압케이블.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 홀더부는 개구된 전후방의 양단부가 외측으로 절곡된 제 2마모방지부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 고전압케이블.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 2마모방지부는 홀더부의 외측으로 라운드지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 고전압케이블.
