Claims (3)
- 스냅링을 작업대상물에 장착하기 위한 스냅링 장착 시스템에 있어서,지지구조물;제1구동장치에 의해 상기 지지구조물에 장착되며, 상기 스냅링을 지지하고 상기 작업대상물의 스냅링 장착 지점으로 안내하기 위한 스냅링 가이드를 포함하는 스냅링 가이드 유닛;제2구동장치에 의해 상기 지지구조물에 연결되는 지지부와, 상기 지지부에 피봇 가능하게 장착되며 상기 스냅링이 상기 스냅링 장착 지점에 장착될 수 있도록 상기 스냅링 가이드에 의해 지지되어 있는 스냅링을 밀수 있도록 형성되는 스냅링 조립 지그와, 상기 스냅링 조립 지그를 구동하기 위한 제3구동장치를 포함하는 스냅링 조립 유닛;상기 스냅링 조립 유닛의 지지부에 피봇 가능하게 장착되는 스냅링 내경 측정 지그와, 상기 스냅링 내경 측정 지그를 구동하는 제4구동장치와, 상기 스냅링 내경 측정 지그의 피봇 거동에 연동하여 상기 스냅링 장착 지점에 장착된 스냅링의 장착 내경을 검출하는 리니어 게이지를 포함하는 스냅링 내경 측정 유닛; 및상기 제1구동장치, 상기 제2구동장치, 상기 제3구동장치, 및 상기 제4구동장치의 작동을 제어하며, 상기 스냅링 내경 측정 유닛에 의해 검출된 스냅링 장착 내경과 설정된 값의 비교에 기초하여 상기 스냅링이 정상적으로 장착되었는지의 여부를 판단하는 제어유닛;을 포함하는 스냅링 장착 시스템.
- 제1항에서,상기 제3구동장치는 상기 스냅링 조립 지그의 선단이 상기 스냅링 가이드의 반경방향 외측으로 이동하도록 상기 스냅링 조립 지그를 회동시키는 스냅링 장착 시스템.
- 제1항에서,상기 스냅링 내경 측정 지그는 상기 제4구동장치가 작동하지 아니하는 상태에서는 그 선단이 상기 스냅링 가이드의 반경방향 외측으로 이동하도록 장착되고,상기 제4구동장치는 상기 스냅링 내경 측정 지그의 선단이 상기 스냅링 가이드의 반경방향 내측으로 이동하도록 상기 스냅링 내경 측정 지그를 구동하며,상기 제어유닛은, 상기 제2구동장치 및 제3구동장치의 작동에 의해 상기 스냅링 조립 지그가 상기 스냅링을 작업대상물의 장착 위치를 향해 밀고 있는 동안에는, 상기 스냅링 내경 측정 지그의 선단이 상기 스냅링 가이드의 반경방향 내측으로 이동된 상태를 유지하도록 상기 제4구동장치를 작동시키는 스냅링 장착 시스템.
