Claims (25)
- 50GPa 이상의 탄성율을 가진 유리섬유 또는 탄소섬유인 구조 섬유(structural fiber), 및20GPa 이하의 탄성율을 가진 열가소성 섬유인 비구조 열가소성 섬유(non-structural thermoplastic fiber)를 포함하는 강화 첨가제를 포함하는 구조 성분(structural component); 및열경화성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 수지 성분(resin component)을 포함하고,구조 성분이 구조 섬유와 비구조 열가소성 섬유로부터 형성된 프리폼인 복합재.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지 성분이 낮은 점도의 열경화성 수지 조성물인 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 복합재에서 강화 첨가제의 용적%가 2% 내지 30%인 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 강화 첨가제의 용적이 5% 내지 25%인 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 강화 첨가제의 용적이 10% 내지 20%인 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 구조 보강재 성분이 복수 개의 방직층 형태로 제공되고, 직물 또는 부직물의 박층을 포함하는 하나 이상의 베일이 한 쌍의 이웃한 층 사이에 제공되는 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프리폼에서 구조 섬유의 용적 비율이 65% 내지 98%인 복합재.

- 제 10 항에 있어서, 열가소성 섬유의 전부 또는 일부가 반결정질인 구조 보강재.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 수지 경화제를 추가로 포함하는 구조 보강재.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 경화제가 온도 활성인 구조 보강재.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 프리폼이 방직층을 포함하고 보강 성분이 이웃한 한 쌍의 층들사이에 하나 이상의 베일을 부가적으로 포함하며, 베일이 직물 또는 부직물의 박층으로부터 형성되는 구조 보강재.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 베일이 열가소성 섬유를 포함하는 구조 보강재.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 결합재가 베일위 또는 안에 분포되는 구조 보강재.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 베일이 섬유보다 수지에 대해 보다 큰 흡수 속도를 가지는 구조 보강재.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 프리폼이 구조 섬유와 열가소성 섬유의 혼합 하이브리드 야안 또는 구조 섬유의 야안과 열가소성 섬유의 야안을 포함하는 방직물을 포함하는 구조 보강재.
- 50GPa 이상의 탄성율을 가진 유리섬유 또는 탄소섬유인 건조 구조 섬유, 및 20GPa 이하의 탄성율을 가진 열가소성 섬유인 건조 비구조 열가소성 섬유를 조합함으로써 프리폼을 형성하여 구조 성분을 제공하는 단계; 및액체 수지를 구조 성분 안으로 주입하거나 유입시킨 다음 액체 수지 성분을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 수지 경화제를 수지 성분에 앞서 구조 성분에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 경화제를 제 1 온도에서 용융되는 물질 내로 캡슐화시키고, 경화 단계에서 온도를 제 1 온도로 상승시켜 경화제를 활성화시키는 과정을 수반하는 방법.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경화 단계의 전부 또는 일부가 열가소성 섬유의 용융점 아래의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프리폼이 층들에 제공되는 방직물을 포함하고 직물 또는 부직물의 박층을 포함하는 베일을 수지 첨가 이전에 적어도 이웃한 한쌍의 층들 사이에 제공하는 방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 베일 위 또는 안에 결합재를 분포시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지 주입 공정이 수지 전달 성형 또는 복합재 수지 주입 성형인 방법.
