- 화성 처리를 하지 않은 금속 재료에 사용하는 냉간 소성 가공용 피막 형성제로서, 식 M2OㆍnSiO2 (식 중, M 은 Na, K, Li 또는 NH4 를 나타내고, n 은 M 이 Na 또는 K 일 때 2 내지 4 의 수를 나타내고, M 이 Li 일 때 3.5 내지 8.5 의 수를 나타내고, M 이 NH4 일 때 3 내지 9 의 수를 나타낸다) 로 표시되는 규산알칼리, 및 오일, 비누, 금속 비누, 왁스 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 윤활 성분을 물에 배합하여 이루어지고, 규산 알칼리와 윤활 성분과의 합계 질량을 기준으로 하여, 규산 알칼리의 배합량이 10 내지 99 질량% 이며, 윤활 성분의 배합량이 1 내지 90 질량% 인 피막 형성제.
- 제 44 항에 있어서, 추가로 점성 조정제를 배합하여 이루어지고, 점성 조정제의 배합량이 규산알칼리와 윤활성분과의 합계 질량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 30 질량% 인 피막 형성제.
- 제 44 항 또는 제 45 항에 있어서, 오일이 식물유, 광물유 및 합성유에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 피막 형성제.
- 제 44 항 또는 제 45 항에 있어서, 비누가 스테아르산나트륨 및 스테아르산칼륨에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 피막 형성제.
- 제 44 항 또는 제 45 항에 있어서, 금속비누가 스테아르산칼슘, 스테아르산알루미늄, 스테아르산바륨, 스테아르산리튬 및 스테아르산아연에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 피막 형성제.
- 제 44 항 또는 제 45 항에 있어서, 왁스가 폴리에틸렌왁스, 폴리프로필렌왁스, 카르나우바납, 밀랍, 파라핀왁스에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 피막 형성제.
- 제 45 항에 있어서, 점성 조정제가 유기 고분자계 증점제 및 무기계 증점제에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 피막 형성제.
- 제 50 항에 있어서, 유기 고분자계 증점제가 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 폴리아크릴산아미드, 폴리아크릴산나트륨, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 폴리비닐알콜에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 피막 형성제.
- 제 50 항에 있어서, 무기계 증점제가 미분 실리카, 벤토나이트, 카올린 및 합성헥토라이트에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 피막 형성제.
- 제 44 항 또는 제 45 항에 있어서, 추가로 고체 윤활제 및 극압 첨가제에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 배합한 피막 형성제.
- 식 M2OㆍnSiO2 (식 중, M 은 Na, K, Li 또는 NH4 를 나타내고, n 은 M 이 Na 또는 K 일 때 2 내지 4 의 수를 나타내고, M 이 Li 일 때 3.5 내지 8.5 의 수를 나타내고, M 이 NH4 일 때 3 내지 9 의 수를 나타낸다) 로 표시되는 규산알칼리, 및 오일, 비누, 금속 비누, 왁스 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 윤활 성분을 물에 배합하여 이루어지고, 규산 알칼리와 윤활 성분과의 합계 질량을 기준으로 하여, 규산 알칼리의 배합량이 10 내지 99 질량% 이며, 윤활 성분의 배합량이 1 내지 90 질량% 인 피막 형성제로 형성된 피막이 화성 처리를 하지 않은 금속재료 표면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 소성 가공용 금속재료.
- 제 54 항에 있어서, 건조 후의 피막의 부착량이 0.3 내지 50g/㎡ 인 금속재료.
- 제 54 항 또는 제 55 항에 있어서, 금속재료가 철 혹은 강, 구리 혹은 구리 합금, 알루미늄 혹은 알루미늄 합금, 및 티탄 혹은 티탄 합금에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 금속재료.
