Claims (7)
- (A) 폴리아미드 수지 75∼99.9 중량부;(B) 선형 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지 0.1∼25 중량부; 및(C) 상기 (A)+(B)의 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여 퍼플루오르 폴리에테르 화합물 0.1∼5 중량부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성성분 (A)+(B) 100 중량부에 대하여, 충진제(D)가 150 중량부 이하로 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지는 폴리카프로락탐(nylon 6), 폴리11-아미노운데칸산(nylon 11), 폴리라우릴락탐(nylon 12), 폴리헥사메틸렌아디프아미드(nylon 6,6), 폴리헥사에틸렌아젤아미드(nylon 6,9), 폴리헥사메틸렌세바카미드(nylon 6,10) 및 폴리헥사메틸렌도데카노디아미드(nylon 6,12), 폴리카프로락탐(nylon 6)과 폴리헥사메틸렌세바카미드(nylon 6,10)의 공중합체, 폴리카프로락탐(nylon 6)과 폴리헥사메틸렌아디프아미드(nylon 6,6)의 공중합체, 폴리카프로락탐 (nylon 6)과 폴리라우릴락탐(nylon 12)의 공중합체, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지는 폴리카프로락탐(nylon 6) 또는 폴리헥사메틸렌아디프아미드(nylon 6,6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선형 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지는 10∼25 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오르폴리에테르 화합물은 하기 화학식 3a∼3d로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 열가소성 수지 조성물:[화학식 3a]RfO(CF2CF2O)nRf[화학식 3b]A(CF2CF2CF2O)nB[화학식 3c]E(C2F4O)m(C3F6O)p(CF2)q[화학식 3d]상기 화학식 3a∼3d에서, Rf는 CF3 또는 C2F5이며; A는 F 또는 ORf이며; B 및 D는 탄소수 1∼3개의 퍼플루오르알킬이고; E는 F 또는 OR'f이며(상기에서 R'f은 탄소수 1∼3개의 퍼플루오르알킬임); n은 2∼200의 상수이며; m은 1∼100의 상수이며; p는 1∼100의 상수이며; q는 1∼100의 상수이며; r은 1∼100의 상수이며; m+p+q+r는 4∼400의 값을 갖는다.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수지 조성물에 의해 가공된 성형물.
