Claims (7)
- 고온에서 운전되는 장치의 부품 소재로 채용되는 니켈계 초합금의 내산화 표면처리 방법에 있어서,상기 니켈계 초합금의 표면을 실리콘 실란트로 균일하게 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈계 초합금의 내산화 표면처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 내산화성 표면 처리방법이 1000℃ 이상의 고온에서 운전되는 니켈계 초합금을 부품 소재로 채용한 장치에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈계 초합금의 내산화 표면처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 내산화성 표면 처리방법이 열차폐코팅 처리된 니켈계 초합금에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈계 초합금의 내산화 표면처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 실란트가 폴리디메틸실록산이 주성분인 실리콘 실란트인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈계 초합금의 내산화 표면처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 실란트가 1~100㎛로 균일하게 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈계 초합금의 내산화 표면처리방법.
- 삭제
- 니켈계 초합금을 소재로 하여 제조된 것으로, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 니켈계 초합금의 내산화 표면처리방법으로 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈용 부품.
