Claims (3)
- 고리 형상의 본체부와 상기 본체부의 외주면에 마련된 외부 접속부를 가지며,상기 본체부는 중앙부에 관통 구멍이 형성된 원통 형상의 삽통부와 상기 삽통부의 내연 기관측 단에 형성되고 상기 삽통부의 둘레 방향에 따라 바깥쪽으로 뻗어나는 플랜지부를 갖는 주원통(主圓筒) 금속체와, 링 형상을 이루고 상기 주원통 금속체에 외삽 고정된 압전 소자와, 상기 주원통 금속체 및 상기 압전 소자를 피복하는 외장 수지체를 가지고,상기 외부 접속부는 상기 본체부의 둘레방향 소정의 위치에 상기 압전 소자로부터 늘어나는 접속 도체를 피복하도록, 상기 외장 수지체와 일체로 성형되고,내연 기관의 표면에 형성된 부착 좌면에 고정되고, 상기 부착 좌면으로부터 상기 주원통 금속체를 통하여 상기 압전 소자에 전해지는 상기 내연 기관의 진동을 검출하는 노크 센서를, 상기 부착 좌면에 부착하는 부착 구조로서,상기 삽통부를 관통하고 상기 본체부를 상기 부착 좌면에 체결시키는 체착구와,상기 내연 기관의 상기 체착구의 중심축으로부터 지름 방향으로 떨어진 위치에 마련된 내연 기관측 계합부와,상기 노크 센서에 마련되고 상기 내연 기관측 계합부와 걸어맞추는 노크 센서측 피계합부를 구비하고,상기 내연 기관측 계합부는 상기 부착 좌면의 부근에 세워진 계합 기둥으로 이루어지고,상기 노크 센서측 피계합부는 상기 본체부로부터 지름 방향 바깥쪽으로 돌출하도록 형성된 상기 외부 접속부인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 노크 센서의 부착 구조.

- 고리 형상의 본체부와 상기 본체부의 외주면에 마련된 외부 접속부를 가지며,상기 본체부는 중앙부에 관통 구멍이 형성된 원통 형상의 삽통부와 상기 삽통부의 내연 기관측 단에 형성되고 상기 삽통부의 둘레 방향에 따라 바깥쪽으로 뻗어나는 플랜지부를 갖는 주원통 금속체와, 링 형상을 이루고 상기 주원통 금속체에 외삽 고정된 압전 소자와, 상기 주원통 금속체 및 상기 압전 소자를 피복하는 외장 수지체를 가지고,상기 외부 접속부는 상기 본체부의 둘레 방향 소정의 위치에 상기 압전 소자로부터 늘어나는 접속 도체를 피복하도록, 상기 외장 수지체와 일체로 성형되고,상기 삽통부를 관통하는 체착구에 의해 내연 기관의 표면에 형성된 부착 좌면에 체결되고, 상기 부착 좌면으로부터 상기 주원통 금속체를 통하여 상기 압전 소자에 전해지는 상기 내연 기관의 진동을 검출하는 노크 센서로서,상기 내연 기관의 상기 체착구의 중심축으로부터 지름 방향으로 떨어진 위치에 마련된 내연 기관측 계합부에 걸어맞추는 노크 센서측 피계합부를 구비하고,상기 내연 기관측 계합부는 상기 부착 좌면의 부근에 세워진 계합 기둥으로 이루어지고,상기 노크 센서측 피계합부는 상기 본체부로부터 지름 방향 바깥쪽으로 돌출하도록 형성된 상기 외부 접속부인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관용 노크 센서의 부착 구조.
