Claims (9)
- 설탕과 글리세린을 개시제로 이용하여 알킬렌 옥사이드와 반응하여 제조된 평균분자량이 13,800 이고 평균관능기가 7 인 폴리에테르 폴리올이 다관능이소시아네이트 및 하이드록시 알킬아크릴레이트와 반응하여 제조되는 폴리머폴리올 제조용 분산 안정제.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬렌옥사이드는 에틸렌옥사이드, 프로필렌옥사이드, 부틸렌옥사이드, 아밀렌 옥사이드 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 폴리머 폴리올 제조용 분산 안정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2,4-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨루엔디이소시아네이트, 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소 시아네이트(MDI), 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(HDI), 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 다관능이소시아네이트를 폴리에테르 폴리올 100 중량부에 대해서 1 - 3 중량부 사용하는 폴리머 폴리올 제조용 분산 안정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하이드록시 에틸 아크릴레이트(HEA), 하이드록시 프로필 아크릴레이트(HPA), 하이드록시 에틸 메타 아크릴레이트(HEMA), 하이드록시 부틸 아크릴레이트(HBA) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하이드록시 알킬 아크릴레이트를 폴리에테르 폴리올 100 중량부에 대해서 0.5 - 1.5 중량부 사용하는 폴리머 폴리올 제조용 분산 안정제.
- 제 1 항의 분산 안정제를 포함하는 폴리올에서 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 라디칼 중합 개시제로 중합함으로서 제조되는 폴리머 폴리올.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 라디칼 중합 개시제는 아조 화합물인 폴리머 폴리올.
- 제6항에 있어서, n-도데실머캡탄, 에틸벤젠, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 분자량 조절제를 더 포함하여 중합되는 폴리머 폴리올.
- 제6-8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리올과 이소시아네이트 화합물을 발포체와 촉매의 존재하에서 반응시켜 제조되는 연질 폴리우레탄 폼 제조방법.
