Claims (4)
- 알루미늄 하니콤 코어의 양면에 섬유강화플라스틱으로 된 표면재를 접합시킨 철도차량용 복합소재 차체에 금속재 구조물을 접합하는 구조에 있어서,금속재 구조물(20)이 접합되는 복합소재 차체(10)의 끝부분 표면재(12)를 제거하고, 접합되는 금속재 구조물(20)의 형상에 대응되게 구부린 형상의 보강판(32)을 접합한 후 금속재 구조물(20)과 복합소재 차체(10)를 리벳(40)으로 접합한 것을 특징으로 철도차량용 일체형 복합소재 차체와 금속재 구조물의 접합구조.
- 알루미늄 하니콤 코어의 양면에 섬유강화플라스틱으로 된 표면재를 접합시킨 철도차량용 복합소재 차체에 금속재 구조물을 접합하는 구조에 있어서,금속재 구조물(20)과 접합체결을 위한 복합소재 차체(10)의 끝부분을 표면재(12,12')만으로 구성하고 복합소재 차체(10)와 금속재 구조물(20)을 리벳(40) 결합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 일체형 복합소재 차체와 금속재 구조물의 접합구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 표면재(12,12') 만으로 된 복합소재 차체(10)의 끝부분 위의 양 표면재(12,12') 사이에 보강판(33)을 삽입하고 금속재 구조물(20) 위에 L형강(34)을 배치한 후 복합소재 차체(10)와 L형강(34)을 리벳(40)으로 접합하고 L형강(34)과 금 속재 구조물(20)을 서로 용접 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 일체형 복합소재 차체와 금속재 구조물의 접합구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 표면재(12,12') 만으로 된 복합소재 차체(10)의 끝부분 위의 양 표면재 (12,12')사이에 보강블럭(36)을 삽입하고 금속재 구조물(20) 위에 L형강(34)을 배치한 후 복합소재 차체(10)와 L형강(34)을 리벳(40)으로 접합하고 L형강(34)과 금속재 구조물(20)을 서로 용접 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 일체형 복합소재 차체와 금속재 구조물의 접합구조.
