Claims (3)
- 섬유소 분해효소 생성능을 가지는 바실러스 서브틸리스 서브스페시스 서브틸리스 A-53(기탁번호: KACC 91179P).
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 섬유소 분해효소의 제조방법:(a) 제1항의 미생물을 배양하여 섬유소 분해효소를 배양액으로 분비·생성하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 배양액으로부터 섬유소 분해효소를 회수하는 단계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배양액의 탄소원은 미강, 왕겨, 맥아당, 전분 및 CMC로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
