Claims (15)
- 일정간격을 갖고 합착되고 적어도 하나의 외측면이 식각된 제1 및 제2기판;상기 제1 및 제2기판 사이에 형성된 액정층;상기 식각된 기판의 외측면에, 상기 식각된 기판과의 굴절률의 오차가 10%이내인 BCB(BenzoCycloButene) 또는 포토 아크릴(photo Acrylate)로 이루어지는 투명 보호막을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.

- 제1 및 제2기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 제1, 제2기판을 합착하는 단계;상기 제1, 제2기판의 외측면을 식각하여 기판을 얇게 하는 단계;상기 제1, 제2기판의 외측면에, 상기 제1 및 제2기판과의 굴절률의 오차가 10%이내인 물질로 이루어진 투명 보호막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 투명 보호막은 유기막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기막은 BCB(BenzoCycloButene), 포토 아크릴(photo Acrylate)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2기판을 합착하는 단계 후 액정을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식각된 기판은 유리 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기막은 스핀코팅법으로 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 투명 보호막을 형성하는 단계 후, 액정을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2기판을 식각하는 단계 후, 상기 제 1, 제 2 기판을 연마하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 식각액은 식각액에 상기 기판을 담그는 것임을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 식각액은 강산 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2기판의 식각은 상기 제 1, 제 2 기판과 식각액 사이의 발열 반응에 의해 발생되는 온도 변화를 감지하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
