Claims (8)
- 권양기(18)로부터 견인 케이블(20)을 통과시키기 위한 파일론 헤드 구역에서의 적어도 하나의 편향 롤러(24, 34) 및 적어도 하나의 케이블 통과 수단(35, 36, 37, 38)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비의 부품을 조립 또는 분해하기 위한 시스템에 있어서, 파일론(10)의 외부인 풍력 발전 설비의 기저부(12)에 위치한 권양기가 차량 위에 설치되는 것을 포함하는 풍력 발전 설비를 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비의 부품을 조립 또는 분해하기 위한 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,풍력 발전설비의 기저부(12)에 위치한 권양기(18)로부터 견인 케이블(20)을 통과시키기 위한 포드(14)에서의 케이블 통과 수단(35)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비의 부품을 조립 또는 분해하기 위한 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,파일론 헤드의 위에 배치된 제 2 케이블 통과 수단이 구비되어 있고 그것을 통과하여 풍력 발전 설비의 부품을 파일론 내에서 들어올리거나 내려놓을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비의 부품을 조립 또는 분해하기 위한 시스템.
- 삭제
- 운송 차량 위에 설치된 권양기를 풍력 발전 설비의 기저부(12)에 운송하는 단계;권양기(18)로부터 파일론 헤드 구역에서의 적어도 하나의 편향 롤러(24, 34)까지, 더 나아가 조립 또는 분해되는 부품(17)까지 견인 케이블(20)을 배치하는 단계;견인 케이블(20)을 상기 부품(17)에 부착하는 단계; 및상기 부품을 떼어내어 내려놓는 단계 또는 끌어올려 고정시키는 단계를 포함하는 풍력 발전 설비의 부품(17)을 조립 또는 분해하는 방법.

- 제 2항에 있어서,로터 블레이드(17)가 권양기(18)에 의해 들어올리거나 내려놓아지도록 로터 블레이드(17)의 조립개구에서 나온 견인 케이블(20)이 권양기(18)로부터 제 1 케이블 통과 수단(35)을 통과하고 제 1 편향 롤러(24)를 경유하여 제 2 케이블 통과 수단(36)을 통과하여 기계 캐리어(26)로 나아가고, 제 3 케이블 통과 수단(37)을 통과하여 샤프트 이축(32)으로 나아가고, 제 2 편향 롤러(34)를 경유하여 제 4 케이블 통과 수단(38)을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비의 부품을 조립 또는 분해하기 위한 시스템.
