Description
−ウインチから伸びるホーリングケーブルを、パイロンヘッドの領域内の少なくとも1つの偏向ローラと、取り付け/取り外すべき部品とに配置するステップ。
−ホーリングケーブルを部品に取り付けるステップ。
−部品を解放して下降させ、又は、引っ張り上げて固定するステップ。
図1に示すように、風力発電装置のパイロン10(pylon)は基礎12(foundation)に固定されている。パイロン10の先端部には、第1のロータブレード16が固定されたポッド14が配設されている。
Claims (3)
- ウインチ(18)から伸びるホーリングケーブル(20)を通り抜けさせるための、風力発電装置のパイロンヘッドのポッド(14)内の少なくとも4つのケーブル通過手段(35、36、37、38)と、少なくとも2つの偏向ローラ(24、34)と、輸送車とを備えている、風力発電装置を取り付け又は取り外すためのシステムであって、
上記ウインチが、上記風力発電装置の基部においてパイロンの外側に配置され、上記輸送車に取り付けられていて、
ウインチ(18)から伸びるホーリングケーブル(20)が、第1のケーブル通過手段(35)を通り、第1の偏向ローラ(24)を経由し、第2のケーブル通過手段(36)を通ってマシンキャリア(26)内に入り、
次に第3のケーブル通過手段(37)を通ってシャフトトラニオン(32)内に入り、
さらに第2の偏向ローラ(34)を経由し、第4のケーブル通過手段(38)を通ってロータブレード(17)のための取り付け開口部に入り、ロータブレード(17)をウインチ(18)によって引き上げ又は降下させることができるようになっていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 風力発電装置の部品を取り付け又は取り外す方法であって、
輸送車に取り付けられたウインチを、風力発電装置の基部に輸送するステップと、
ウインチ(18)から伸びるホーリングケーブル(20)を、パイロンヘッドの領域内の少なくとも2つの偏向ローラ(24、34)と少なくとも4つのケーブル通過手段とに配置し、さらに取り付け又は取り外すべき部品(17)に配置するステップと、
上記ホーリングケーブル(20)を上記部品(17)に取り付けるステップと、
上記部品(17)を解放して下降させ、又は、引っ張り上げて固定するステップと、
ウインチ(18)から伸びるホーリングケーブル(20)を、第1のケーブル通過手段(35)を通し、第1の偏向ローラ(24)を経由させ、第2のケーブル通過手段(36)を通ってマシンキャリア(26)内に入らせるステップと、
続いて、ホーリングケーブル(20)を、第3のケーブル通過手段(37)を通してシャフトトラニオン(32)内に入らせるステップと、
さらに、ホーリングケーブル(20)を、第2の偏向ローラ(34)を経由させ、第4のケーブル通過手段(38)を通してロータブレード(17)のための取付開口部に入らせるステップとを含んでいて、
ロータブレード(17)をウインチ(18)によって引き上げ又は降下させることができることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて風力発電装置の部品を取り付け又は取り外すために、輸送車に取り付けられたウインチを使用する方法。
