Claims (4)
- 제1,2,3,4,5,6,R단 실린더(Cyl1,Cyl2,Cyl3,Cyl4,Cyl5,Cyl6,CylR) 및 제5단 해제 실린더(Cyl5R)와 각각의 유출유로(OL1, OL2, OL3, OL4, OL5, OL6, OLR, OL5R)를 형성함과 동시에, 오일펌프(OP)로부터 유압을 공급받는 4개의 유입유로(IL1, IL2, IL3, IL4) 및 5개의 배출유로(EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4, EX5)를 갖는 밸브바디와, 그 내부에는 시퀀싱 솔레노이드 밸브(SSV)로부터의 제어압에 의해 축방향으로 전후진하여 각 단별 실린더(Cyl1,Cyl2,Cyl3,Cyl4,Cyl5,Cyl6,CylR,Cyl5R)로 연결되는 각 유출유로(OL1, OL2, OL3, OL4, OL5, OL6, OLR, OL5R)를 상기 4개의 유입유로(IL1, IL2, IL3, IL4)와 5개의 배출유로(EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4, EX5)에 대하여 전환하여 연결하도록 다수개의 랜드를 갖는 밸브스풀(VS)로 구성되는 시퀀싱 밸브(SV)를 포함하여 유압회로를 구성하는 더블 클러치 변속기용 시프트 제어 시스템에 있어서,상기 시퀀싱 밸브(SV)의 밸브바디에 형성되는 5개의 배출유로(EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4, EX5)와 연결되어 유압이 형성되지 않는 각 단별 유출유로(OL1, OL2, OL3, OL4, OL5, OL6, OLR, OL5R) 상에 저압을 형성하도록 저압제어밸브(LCV)를 추가하여 유압회로를 형성하되,상기 저압제어밸브(LCV)는 상기 5개의 배출유로(EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4, EX5)와 연결되는 저압포트(P1)와, 상기 저압포트(P1)와 바이패스 유로(BL)로 연결되는 제어포트(P2) 및 2개의 배출포트(EX6,EX7)를 형성하는 밸브바디와; 상기 밸브바디 내부에서, 일측이 스프링(SP)에 의해 지지되며, 상기 저압포트(P1)와 하나의 배출포트(EX6)의 상호 연결을 단속하는 제1랜드(L1)와, 상기 제1랜드(L1)와 일정거리 이격되어 구성되어 상기 제어포트(P2)의 제어압이 작용하는 제2랜드(L2)를 포함하는 밸브스풀로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 클러치 변속기용 시프트 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저압은상기 각 단별 실린더(Cyl1,Cyl2,Cyl3,Cyl4,Cyl5,Cyl6,CylR,Cyl5R)가 작동되지 않을 정도의 유압으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 클러치 변속기용 시프트 제어 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스 유로(BL) 상에는오리피스(50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 클러치 변속기용 시프트 제어 시스템.
