Claims (2)
- 자기베어링 보호장치에 있어서,회전체의 위치를 검출하는 위치센서와,상기 회전체를 공중에 지지하고, 상기 위치센서에서 검출한 위치신호를 토대로 상기 회전체의 반경방향위치와 축방향위치를 제어할 수 있는 적어도 한 쌍의 제어용 전자석과,이 제어용 전자석에 전류를 공급하는 전류공급수단과,이 전류공급수단에 의해 상기 제어용 전자석에 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 제어용 전류검출수단과,이 제어용 검출수단에서 검출되는 전류가 미리 정해진 전류설정치를 초과하는 지 여부를 판정하는 전류이상판정수단과,이 전류이상판정수단에서의 판정이 상기 전류설정치를 초과할 때, 이 초과하고 있는 경과 시간이 미리 정해진 시간 설정치를 초과하였는지 여부를 판정하는 시간 이상판정수단과, 이 시간이상판정수단에서 상기 경과 시간이 상기 시간설정치를 초과하였다고 판정될 때 상기 전류공급수단에 의해 상기 제어용 전자석으로의 전류 공급을 정지하는 정지수단를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기베어링 보호장치.
- 터보분자펌프에 있어서,로터 블레이드와,이 로터 블레이드를 회전시키는 회전수단과,상기 로터 블레이드의 위치를 검출하는 위치센서와,상기 로터 블레이드를 공중에 지지하고, 상기 위치센서에서 검출한 위치 신호를 토대로 상기 로터 블레이드의 반경방향 위치 또는 축방향위치를 제어할 수 있는 적어도 한 쌍의 제어용 전자석과,이 전류 검출수단에 전류를 공급하는 전류공급수단과,이 전류공급수단에 의해 상기 제어용 전자석에 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 제어용 전류검출수단과,이 제어용 전류검출수단에서 검출된 전류가 미리 정해진 전류 설정치를 초과하는지 여부를 판정하는 전류이상판정수단과,이 전류이상판정수단에서의 판정이 상기 전류설정치를 초과할 때, 이 초과하고 있는 경과 시간이 미리 정해진 시간설정치를 초과하는지 여부를 판정하는 시간이상판정수단과,이 시간이상판정수단에서 상기 경과 시간이 상기 시간설정치를 초과하였다고 판정될 때, 상기 전류공급수단에 의해 상기 제어용 전자석으로의 전류의 공급을 정지하는 정지수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보분자펌프.
