Claims (11)
- 유리-세라믹이 SiO2 40 내지 95중량%, Al2O3 5 내지 25중량%, K2O 5 내지 25중량%, Na2O 0 내지 25중량%, CaO 0 내지 20중량%, B2O3 0 내지 8중량%, P2O5 0 내지 0.5중량% 및 F 0 내지 3중량%를 함유하고, 유일한 결정 상으로서, 이론적으로 생성 가능한 양의 80% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 백류석(白榴石)을 20 내지 45중량%의 총 비율로 함유하며, 12.5·10-6 내지 15.5·10-6K-1의 선형 열팽창계수 α(20-500℃)를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는, 백류석 유리-세라믹계 세라믹 치아 수복물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리-세라믹이 La2O3 0 내지 10중량%, Sb2O3 0 내지 10중량%, Li2O 0 내지 10중량%, MgO 0 내지 20중량%, BaO 0 내지 20중량%, SrO 0 내지 20중량%, ZnO 0 내지 3.5중량%, TiO2 0 내지 30중량%, ZrO2 0 내지 14중량%, CeO2 0 내지 30중량% 및 SnO2 0 내지 30중량%를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 치아 수복물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유리-세라믹이 SiO2 50 내지 80중량%, Al2O3 12 내지 25중량%, K2O 7 내지 18중량%, Na2O 0.5 내지 25중량% 및 CaO 0.1 내지 2.5중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 치아 수복물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 선형 열팽창계수 α(20-500℃)가 13.5·10-6 내지 17.0·10-6K-1인 치아용 세라믹으로 외장 처리되어 있고, 기재 세라믹의 열팽창계수가 외장 세라믹의 열팽창계수보다 0.5·10-6 내지 2.5·10-6K-1 작도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 치아 수복물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 기재 세라믹의 선형 열팽창계수 α(20-500℃)가 13.0·10-6 내지 14.0·10-6K-1이고, 외장 세라믹의 선형 열팽창계수 α(20-500℃)가 15.0·10-6K-1임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 치아 수복물.
- SiO2 40 내지 95중량%, Al2O3 5 내지 25중량%, K2O 5 내지 25중량%, Na2O 0 내지 25중량%, CaO 0 내지 20중량%, B2O3 0 내지 8중량%, P2O5 0 내지 0.5중량% 및 F 0 내지 3중량%를 함유하는 1차 유리 또는 1차 유리-세라믹을 분말 또는 과립 형태로 제조하는 단계(a),분말 또는 과립으로부터 소결된 압분체를 원통형 또는 펠렛형으로 제조하는 단계(b) 및소결된 압분체를 850 내지 1,200℃의 온도에서 점성 상태로 전환시키고, 2 내지 6bar의 압력하에 치아 수복물에 상응하는 형태로 프레스 성형시켜, 유일한 결정 상으로서, 이론적으로 생성 가능한 양의 80% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 백류석을 20 내지 45중량%의 총 비율로 함유하며 12.5·10-6 내지 15.5·10-6K-1의 선형 열팽창계수 α(20-500℃)를 나타내는 유리-세라믹을 형성시키는 단계(c)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따르는 백류석 유리-세라믹계 세라믹 치아 수복물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 사용된 1차 유리 또는 1차 유리-세라믹이 La2O3 0 내지 10중량%, Sb2O3 0 내지 10중량%, Li2O 0 내지 10중량%, MgO 0 내지 20중량%, BaO 0 내지 20중량%, SrO 0 내지 20중량%, ZnO 0 내지 3.5중량%, TiO2 0 내지 30중량%, ZrO2 0 내지 14중량%, CeO2 0 내지 30중량% 및 SnO2 0 내지 30중량%를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 사용된 1차 유리 또는 1차 유리-세라믹이 SiO2 50 내지 80중량%, Al2O3 12 내지 25중량%, K2O 7 내지 18중량%, Na2O 0.5 내지 25중량% 및 CaO 0.1 내지 2.5중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 소결된 압분체가 900 내지 1,050℃의 온도에서 점성 상태로 전환되고, 3 내지 5bar의 압력하에 치아 수복물에 상응하는 형태로 프레스 성형됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 치아 수복물이 선형 열팽창계수 α(20-500℃)가 13.5·10-6 내지 17.0·10-6K-1인 치아용 세라믹으로 외장 처리되어 있고, 기재 세라믹의 열팽창계수가 외장 세라믹의 열팽창계수보다 0.5·10-6 내지 2.5·10-6K-1 작도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 선형 열팽창계수 α(20-500℃)가 13.0·10-6 내지 14.0·10-6K-1인 기재 세라믹의 선형 열팽창계수 α(20-500℃)가 15.0·10-6K-1인 외장 세라믹으로 외장 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
