Claims (6)
- MI센서 신호처리 회로에 있어서;외부에서 인가되는 자기장이나 역학적인 힘에 대응되어 센싱되는 임피던스 값의 변화를 전압값의 변화로 변환시켜 MI신호를 출력하는 MI센싱부와;상기 MI센싱부의 MI신호를 증폭하는 증폭부와;상기 증폭부의 출력신호를 동기검파하여 상기 자기장의 세기나 역학적인 힘의 크기를 출력하는 검파부를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 신호처리 회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 MI 센싱부는,일정주파수를 가지는 발진파를 발진하는 발진회로와,상기 발진회로에서 발생되는 전압파형의 발진파를 전류파형으로 변환시켜주는 전압-전류 변환회로와,외부에서 인가되는 자기장이나 역학적인 힘에 대응하여 센싱을 행하고 이에 대응되는 임피던스 값을 출력하는 MI 센서와,상기 MI 센서의 접점 저항을 최소화하며 상기 임피던스 값의 노이즈를 제거하기 위한 차동증폭기를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 신호처리회로.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 검파부는,상기 증폭부의 출력신호와 상기 발진회로의 발진파를 믹서하는 믹서회로와,상기 믹서회로의 출력신호를 저역으로 필터링하여 상기 자기장의 세기나 역학적인 힘의 크기를 출력하는 필터링회로를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 신호처리 회로.
- MI센서 신호처리 방법에 있어서:외부에서 자기장이나 역학적인 힘이 인가되면, 이에 대응되는 임피던스 값의 변화를 전압값의 변화로 변환시켜 MI신호를 출력하는 단계와;상기 MI 신호를 증폭하는 단계와;상기 증폭부의 출력신호를 동기검파하여 상기 자기장의 세기나 역학적인 힘의 크기를 출력하는 검파 단계를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 신호처리 회로.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 MI신호를 출력하는 단계는,일정주파수를 가지는 발진파를 발생시키는 단계와,상기 발진파를 전류파형으로 변환시켜주는 단계와,외부에서 인가되는 자기장이나 역학적인 힘에 대응하여 센싱을 행하고 이에 대응되는 임피던스 값을 출력하는 단계와,상기 MI 센서의 접점 저항을 최소화하며 상기 임피던스 값의 노이즈를 제거하도록 차동증폭을 행하는 단계를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 신호처리방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 검파단계는,상기 증폭된 MI 신호를 상기 발진파와 믹서하여 출력하는 단계와,상기 믹서된 신호를 저역으로 필터링하여 상기 자기장의 세기나 역학적인 힘의 크기를 출력하는 단계를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 신호처리 방법.
