Description
Claims (19)
- 적어도 하나의 발광소자를 포함하는 화상표시부가 형성된 기판;상기 기판 상에 형성되어 상기 화상표시부를 봉지하는 패널;상기 발광소자와 대향하는 상기 화상표시부 영역 및 비화소 영역 상부의 상기 패널 내면에 형성된 제1 흡수부재; 및상기 화상표시부의 둘레 방향을 따라 상기 비화소 영역 상부의 상기 패널 내면에 형성되며, 상기 제1 흡수부재와 상기 패널 내면 사이에 형성된 제2 흡수부재를 포함하는 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡수부재는 'ㄱ'자 형상(굴곡형)과 'ㅡ'자 형상(라인형) 중 어느 하나로 형성된 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡수부재는 상기 발광소자에서 발광된 빛이 상기 제1 흡수부재의 둘레 방향으로 투과되는 것을 차단하는 발광표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡수부재는 흡습 기능을 갖는 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡수부재는 유색의 금속성 박막이나 유기막으로 형성되는 발광표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡수부재는 블랙 색상을 띠고 있는 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡수부재는 단일층 또는 다중층으로 형성될 수 있는 발광표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡수부재의 두께는 5~15㎛로 형성된 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡수부재는 PNPL(Polymer nano particle layer), BaO, CaO 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 발광표시장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡수부재는 스크린프린팅 방법과 스프레이 방법 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 형성되는 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡수부재는 외부에서 유입되는 수분을 흡수하는 기능을 갖는 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패널은 'U'자 단면 형상으로 형성된 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패널은 'ㅡ'자 단면 형상으로 형성된 발광표시장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 'ㅡ'자 단면 형상 패널의 모서리 영역과 상기 기판 사이에 형성되어 상기 화상표시부를 봉지하는 밀봉부재를 더 포함하는 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패널은 투명패널로 구성된 발광표시장치.
- 적어도 하나의 발광소자를 포함하는 화상표시부가 형성된 기판을 마련하는 단계;상기 기판 상에 형성되어 상기 화상표시부 및 비화소 영역을 봉지하는 패널을 마련하는 단계;상기 비화소 영역 상부의 상기 패널 내면을 따라 제2 흡수부재를 형성하는 단계;상기 발광소자와 대향하는 상기 화상표시부 및 상기 비화소 영역 상부의 상기 패널 내면에 제1 흡수부재를 형성하는 단계;상기 기판 또는 상기 패널의 둘레 방향을 따라 접착제를 형성하는 단계;상기 제1 흡수부재 및 제2 흡수부재가 형성된 상기 패널과 적어도 하나의 발광소자를 포함하는 화상표시부가 형성된 상기 기판을 봉지하는 단계를 포함하는 발광표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제2 흡수부재는 'ㄱ'자 형상(굴곡형) 또는 'ㅡ'자 형상(라인형)의 어느 하나로 형성된 발광표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡수부재는 PNPL(Polymer nano particle layer), BaO, CaO 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 발광표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡수부재는 스크린프린팅 방법과 스프레이 방법 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 형성되는 발광표시장치의 제조방법.
