Claims (6)
- 액티브 영역의 주변에 형성된 요부들을 가지는 기판;상기 액티브 영역에 형성된 복수의 픽셀들;상기 픽셀들을 덮도록 형성된 평탄화막;상기 평탄화막 및 상기 요부들을 가지는 기판 위에 형성된 침투방지막; 및상기 침투방지막 위에 형성된 패시베이션막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 침투방지막은 알루미늄(aluminium, Al), 티타늄(titanium, Ti) 또는 티타늄 나이트라이드(titanium nitride, TiN)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 침투방지막은 산화막인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 기판을 패터닝하여 액티브 영역의 주변에 복수의 요부들을 형성하는 단계;액티브 영역에 복수의 픽셀들을 형성하는 단계;상기 픽셀들을 덮도록 평탄화막을 형성하는 단계;상기 평탄화막 및 상기 요부들이 형성된 기판 위에 침투방지막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 침투방지막 위에 패시베이션막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 요부들은 상기 평탄화막이 형성된 후에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 침투방지막을 형성하는 단계는,상기 평탄화막 및 상기 요부들이 형성된 기판 위에 금속막을 형성하는 단계; 및산소분위기에서 상기 금속막을 산화시켜 산화막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자 제조 방법.
