Claims (12)
- 표면, 이면, 두 개의 마주보는 측면 및 두 개의 마주보는 단면을 갖는 석고 코어와, 석고 코어의 표면, 이면 및 두 개의 마주보는 측면을 피복하는 커버 원지를 포함하는 석고 보드로서,석고 코어가,커버 원지로 피복된 측면을 포함하는 고밀도 경질 에지부;커버 원지로 피복된 표면 또는 이면을 포함하고, 고밀도 경질 에지부의 밀도와 동등한 밀도를 갖는 하나 이상의 고밀도부; 및고밀도 경질 에지부 및 고밀도부의 밀도보다 낮은 밀도를 가지면서, 고밀도 경질 에지부 및 고밀도부에 내접하는 중앙 저밀도부를 포함하며,고밀도 경질 에지부가, 석고 보드를 고정하기 위해 못이 박히는 측면을 따른 소정 위치에 걸리지 않도록 형성된 석고 보드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고밀도부가, 표면 또는 이면에 수직인 방향을 따라 0.1㎜ 내지 1.2㎜의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 석고 보드.
- 삭제
- 제 2항에 있어서, 고밀도 경질 에지부가, 고밀도 경질 에지부에 포함되는 측면에 수직인 방향을 따라 0.1㎜ 내지 15.0㎜의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 석고 보드.
- 표면, 이면, 두 개의 마주보는 측면 및 두 개의 마주보는 단면을 갖는 석고 코어; 적어도 석고 코어의 표면 및 두 개의 마주보는 측면을 피복하는 표면 커버 원지; 및 표면 커버 원지에 접착됨과 동시에 석고 코어의 이면을 피복하는 이면 커버 원지를 포함하며, 석고 코어가, 측면을 포함하는 고밀도 경질 에지부를 갖는 석고 보드를 제조하는 방법으로서,(a) 원반형 회전식 믹서에 소석고, 물 및 1종류 이상의 첨가제, 혼화재 또는 첨가제 및 혼화재를 주입하고 교반하여 소석고 슬러리를 조제하는 단계;(b) 원반형 회전식 믹서의 외주 영역에 형성된 하나 이상의 분별 채취구로부터 소석고 슬러리의 일부분을 꺼내어, 슬러리의 일부분을 도포용 슬러리로서 표면 커버 원지에 공급하는 단계;(c) 표면 커버 원지에 공급된 도포용 슬러리의 일부를 도포 롤로 스프레드(spread)시켜 도포용 슬러리의 스프레드부를 형성함과 동시에, 스프레드부의 양측에 도포용 슬러리의 비 스프레드부를 제공하는 단계;(d) 원반형 회전식 믹서의 외주 영역에 설치된 송출관을 통해, 원반형 회전식 믹서 내에 잔류하는 소석고의 슬러리를 송출관의 송출구로 송출시키는 단계;(e) 송출관 또는 송출구에 부착된 기포 공급구를 통해 잔류된 소석고 슬러리에 발포체(foam)를 주입함과 동시에 균일하게 분산시켜 코어용 슬러리를 조제하는 단계;(f) 표면 커버 원지에 도포된 도포용 슬러리에, 송출구로부터 송출되는 코어용 슬러리를 퇴적시키는 단계; 및(g) 표면 커버 원지를 구부림과 동시에 표면 커버 원지의 가장자리에 이면 커버 원지를 접착시켜 적층체를 형성하고, 이어서 건조시키는 단계를 포함하며,도포 롤의 축방향에서의 길이가, 표면과 측면의 경계선간 거리의 98% 내지 108%인 석고 보드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 이면 커버 원지에 도포용 슬러리를 공급하고, 이면 커버 원지에 공급된 도포용 슬러리를 도포 롤로 스프레드시키는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 스프레드부의 두께가, 0.2㎜ 내지 1.5㎜임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 도포용 슬러리에 물 및 경화 지연제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 도포용 슬러리에 발포체를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함함 을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 이면 커버 원지에 공급된, 도포 롤로 스프레드된 도포용 슬러리의 두께가, 0.2㎜ 내지 1.5㎜임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 이면 커버 원지에 공급되는 도포용 슬러리에 물 및 경화 지연제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 이면 커버 원지에 공급되는 도포용 슬러리에 발포체를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
