Claims (4)
- 20 내지 70 체적%의 고압상형 질화 붕소, 고압상형 질화 붕소를 5 nm 내지 300 nm의 두께로 포위하는 제1 결합상 및 잔부인 제2 결합상을 포함하고, 제1 결합상이 입방정의 구조를 갖는 Ti와 Al의 질화물, 붕화물 중 적어도 어느 하나로 이루어지고, 제2 결합상이 주기율표 제4a, 5a, 6a족 전이 금속과 Al의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 붕화물, 산화물 및 이들의 상호 고용체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상으로 이루어지며, 제1 결합상의 단위 체적당 포함되는 Al의 양을 X, 제2 결합상의 단위 체적당 포함되는 Al의 양을 Y라 했을 때에 비율 X/Y가 1 이상이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 소결체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 고압상형 질화 붕소 입자를 100개 이상 함유하고 있는 영역에서 다른 고압상형 질화 붕소 입자와 접촉하는 입자수의 비율이 0.1 % 이상 20.0 % 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 소결체.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 한 변이 3 ㎜ 내지 7 ㎜이고, 두께가 0.3 ㎜ 내지 0.5 ㎜인 사각 형상으로 만든 소결체를 밀폐 용기 중에서 60.0 중량% 내지 65.0 중량%의 질산을 2배 희석한 것 40 ㎖와 45.0 중량% 내지 50.0 중량%의 불화수소산 10 ㎖를 혼합한 불질산을 사용하여 120 ℃ 내지 150 ℃에서 3시간 내지 5시간의 용해 처리를 실시할 경우, 잔류 고압상형 질화 붕소 입자의 90 % 이상이 단입자로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 소결체.
