Abstract
Description
유럽특허 A 제 595549호에 트랜스폰더와 마킹을 갖는 식별라벨로 종래 식별라벨과 결합되고 트랜스폰더 기질 상에 구비된 트랜스폰더를 갖는 식별라벨이 개재되어 있다.
Claims (16)
- 광학적 마킹을 위한 식별층, 상기 식별층의 기계적 안정화를 위한 강화층 및 상기 식별라벨을 상기 물건에 설치하기 위한 접착층이 구비된 복수층의 층구조이고 물건의 주변 또는 표면에 설치되는 트랜스폰더 유닛(transponder unit)을 갖는 식별라벨에 있어서,상기 강화층(12, 46)은 트랜스폰더 유닛(transponder unit)(16,41)을 배열하기 위한 기질로써 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식별라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 트랜스폰더 유닛(16,41)은 상기 강화층(12,46)과 상기 접착층(13) 사이에 형성된 경계층(21)까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 식별라벨.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 접착층(13)은 비활성층(15)으로 피복되어 있으며 상기 강화층(12, 46)은 상기 식별라벨을 상기 물건에 설치하기 위한 강화장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 식별라벨.
- 물건의 주변 또는 표면에 설치되고 강화층과 접착층을 포함한 트랜스폰더 유닛을 갖는 식별라벨을 제조하기 위한 준완성 제품인 기본장치에 있어서,상기 강화층(12, 46)은 상기 강화층(12, 46)과 상기 접착층(13) 사이에 형성된 경계층(21)내에서 트랜스폰더 유닛(16, 41)을 배열하기 위한 기질로써 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 강화층(12, 46)은 상기 트랜스폰더 유닛(16, 41)을 형성하기 위해 칩장치(17)를 적절하게 수용하기 위한 창 개구부(23, 43, 48)를 구비하고, 상기 칩장치는 와이어(28)로 이루어진 안테나코일(18, 42)과 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 기본장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 강화층(12)는 상기 칩장치(17)의 접촉영역(51, 52)에 접근하기 위해 추가 창개구부(49, 50)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 기본장치.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 칩장치(17)는 이 칩장치를 둘러싸며 상기 강화층(12, 46)의 면까지 연장되는 강화장치(44)에 의해 부분적으로 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 기본장치.
- 제 5항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 안테나코일(41)은 상기 강화층(12) 상에 위치해 있으며, 상기 접착층(13)으로 피복되어 있어 평면 접착표면(14)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 기본장치.
- 제 5항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 안테나코일(18)은 상기 강화층(12, 46) 내에 비례적으로 매몰(embedding)되어 있으며, 상기 접착층(13, 47)으로 피복되어 평면 접착표면(14)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 기본장치.
- 제 4항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 접착층(13, 47)의 상기 접착표면(14)은 비활성층(15)에 의해 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 기본장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 비활성층은 또 다른 기본장치(19)의 강화층(12, 46)의 투명표면에 의해 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 기본장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,제 4항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 기본장치(19)가 구비되고 상기 기본장치(19) 상에 식별층(11)이 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 식별라벨 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 중간층을 형성하기 위하여 상기 식별층(11)을 적층하기 전에 운송층(37)을 상기 기본장치(19, 45) 상에 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 식별 라벨 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,영구 접착층(33)은 상기 기본장치(19)와 상기 식별층(11) 또는 상기 운송층(37) 사이에 설치되도록 상기 기본장치(19), 상기 식별장치(11) 또는 상기 운송층(37) 상에 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 식별라벨 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,추가 접착층(47)은 상기 기본장치(45)와 상기 식별층(11) 또는 상기 운송층(37) 사이에 설치되도록 상기 기본장치(45), 상기 식별층(11) 또는 상기 운송층(37) 상에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 식별라벨 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 식별층(11)의 코딩과 상기 트랜스폰더 유닛(16, 41)의 코딩은 공통의 코딩 과정으로 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 식별라벨 제조 방법.
