Claims (3)
- C : 0.0007 ∼ 0.0050 질량%, Si : 0.5 질량% 이하, Mn : 2.0 질량% 이하, P : 0.10 질량% 이하, S : 0.015 질량% 이하, Al : 0.01 ∼ 0.20 질량%, N : 0.01 질량% 이하, Ti : 0.005 ∼ 0.08 질량% 및 B : 0.001 ∼ 0.01 질량% 를 함유하는 강판의 양표면에 아연계 도금층 및 크로메이트층을 순차적으로 적층 형성하고, 상기 강판의, 일측의 표면측에 형성된 크로메이트층상에는 Al 및 Ni 의 금속분말과 아민변성 에폭시수지를 함유하는 제 1 복합피막을 형성하고, 타측의 표면측에 형성된 크로메이트층상에는 수산기, 이소시아네이트기, 카르복실기, 글리시딜기 및 아미노기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 작용기를 갖는 1 종 이상의 유기수지와, 실리카와, 윤활제와, 도전성을 갖는 입자를 함유하는 제 2 복합피막을 형성한 고 내식성 연료탱크용 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 강판 중의 P 함유량은 0.01 ∼ 0.05 질량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고 내식성 연료탱크용 강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 2 복합피막의 도전성을 갖는 입자는 금속입자, 금속화합물입자 및 그라파이트입자로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고 내식성 연료탱크용 강판.
