Claims (4)
- 흡차음재에 있어서, 블로운아스팔트(Blown Asphalt) 20~40중량부와 분말상 또는 편상의 무기충전제 50~80중량부, 점착제 1~5중량부, 공정유 1~5중량부, 합성고무 5~10중량부 및 유기섬유인 충전제 0.2~5중량부 및 생석회 1~4중량부로 이루어진 제진시트(1)와, 상기 제진시트(1) 하부에 형성된 아크릴계 접착제(2)와, 상기 아크릴계접착제(2)의 하부에 자동차 시트 내장재, 소파등에서 폐기되는 폐폴리우레탄폼을 수거한 뒤에, 세척하여 건조시킨 다음, 분쇄기로 길이 0.5~1cm 정도의 크기로 분쇄하고, 열압착기로 열압착하여 통상의 방법으로 재생한 재생폴리우레탄폼 시트(3)로 적층되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재.
- 제1공정(제진시트 제조)블로운아스팔트(Blown Asphalt) 20~40중량부와 분말상 또는 편상의 무기충전제 50~80중량부, 점착제 1~5중량부, 공정유 1~5중량부, 합성고무 5~10중량부 및 유기섬유인 충전제 0.2~5중량부 및 생석회 1~4중량부의 조성비로 조성된 상기 조성물질을 칭량한 다음, 혼합기에서 70~120℃로 가열하여 5분 이내로 충분히 교반한다음 압출기에 의해 압출하여 시트상으로 성형한다. 이때 온도는 65~110℃로 냉각휀을 사용하여 냉각시키며, 두께 1~6mm로 제진시트를 제조한 다음,제2공정(재생 폴리우레탄 폼 제조)자동차 시트 내장재, 소파등에서 폐기되는 폐폴리우레탄폼을 수거한 뒤에, 세척하여 건조시킨 다음, 분쇄기로 길이 0.5~1cm 정도의 크기로 분쇄하고, 열압착기로 열압착하여 카렌더로 원하는 크기로 절단하여 폐폴리우레탄폼 시트를 제조하여 준비한 다음,제3공정(접착공정)상기 제1,2 공정에서 제조한 제진시트와 폐폴리우레탄폼 시트사이에 아크릴계 접착제를 도포한 후에 압착기로 실온 접착하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제진시트의 제조는 블로운아스팔트(Blown Asphalt) 20~40 중량부와 분말상 또는 편상의 무기충전제 50~80중량부, 점착제 1~5중량부, 공정유 1~5중량부, 합성고무 5~10중량부 및 유기섬유인 충전제 0.2~5중량부 및 생석회 1~4중량부의 조성비로 조성된 상기 조성물질을 칭량한 다음, 혼합기에서 70~120℃로 가열하여 5분 이내로 충분히 교반한다음 압출기에 의해 압출하여 시트상으로 성형한다. 이때 온도는 65~110℃로 냉각휀을 사용하여 냉각시키며, 두께 1~6mm로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 페폴리우레탄폼시트의 제조는 폐폴리우레탄품을 수 거한 뒤에, 물로 세척하고, 건조기에서 70~80℃에서 약 2시간 정도 건조시킨 다음, 통상의 분쇄기로 직경 0.5~1cm의 크기로 분쇄한 후에, 통상의 열압착기로 열압착한 다음, 카렌더로 원하는 크기로 절단하여 폐폴리우레탄폼 시트를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재의 제조방법.
