Claims (9)
- 안테나를 포함하는 도체판; 및상기 도체판의 중앙에 위치한 단말 갭 사이에 설치된 반도체 칩;을 포함하며,상기 단말 갭으로부터 상기 도체판의 일측을 향해 소정 형태의 윈도우가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브 트랜스폰더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도체판의 재질은,플렉시블(flexible)한 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브 트랜스폰더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도체판의 길이는,자유공간에서 마이크로웨이브의 동작파장의 대략 45% 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브 트랜스폰더.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 도체판의 폭은,상기 도체판의 길이의 대략 5% 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브 트랜스폰더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우는,상기 안테나와 상기 반도체 칩의 임피던스를 정합하기 위한 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브 트랜스폰더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정 형태의 윈도우는,원형(circular-shape)인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브 트랜스폰더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정 형태의 윈도우는,타원형(ellipse-shape), 다각형(polygon shape) 및 곡선형(curvillinear shape) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브 트랜스폰더.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우의 규격은,상기 도체판이 휘어지는 정도에 대응하여 임피던스 부정합도를 감소시키도록 조절된 규격인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브 트랜스폰더.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 규격은,싱기 윈도우의 지름인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로웨이브 트랜스폰더.
