Claims (4)
- 소결 분말로 형성된 기본적으로 평행사변형 형상인 본체를 포함하는 칩 발생 기계 가공용 인덱시블 절삭 인서트에 있어서, 상기 본체는,두 개의 주 절삭날을 형성하는 윗면으로서, 인서트를 상기 윗면에 수직인 방향에서 보았을 때 각각의 주 절삭날은 볼록한 윗면,바닥면,각 주 절삭날에 대해 아래를 향해 이어진 두 개의 길이 방향 측면,인서트의 길이 방향으로 서로 떨어져 있으며, 본체의 나머지 부분에서 길이 방향으로 튀어나온 본체의 일 부분에 제공된 경사부를 갖는 두 개의 끝면과,윗면에서 바닥면까지 본체 전체를 관통해 있으며, 체결 나사의 나사 섕크를 받아들이는 원통부와 더욱이 윗면 부근에 배치된 확대부를 포함하는 중앙 구멍을 포함하며,각 측면은 인서트의 각 능동 절삭 모서리를 향하여 높이가 증가하며, 능동 절삭 모서리는 각 측면의 반대편 끝부 보다 높고, 측면은 일반적으로 윗면과 예각으로, 바닥면과는 둔각으로 기울어져 있으며, 각 측면의 상부는, 여유각을 형성하도록 아래를 향한 경사로 각 주 절삭날 전체에 따라 이어지는 웨이브진 기본 여유면을 포함하며,각 길이 방향 측면의 하부는 홀더의 인서트 자리의 지지면과 결합하는 접촉면을 형성하고, 또한 상기 하부는 중앙 구멍의 원통부 직경보다 더 긴 거리로 길이 방향으로 이어지면서 바닥면까지 이르는 리세스를 포함하며, 또한 인서트를 측면을 향한 방향에서 보았을 때 상기 리세스는 인서트의 길이 방향으로 전체 원통부를 지나 이어지는 절삭 인서트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 거리는 원통부 직경의 120 % 이상인 것을 특징으로하는 절삭 인서트.
- 바닥지지면, 바닥지지면으로부터 직립한 지지면, 그리고 바닥지지면에 형성된 나사 구멍을를 갖는 한 개 이상의 인서트 수용 자리를 형성하고, 길이 방향의 회전축을 형성하는 회전 섕크와,상기 자리에 장착되고 기본적으로 평행사변형 형상인 소결 분말로 형성된 본체를 포함하는 절삭 인서트를 포함하며, 상기 본체는두 개의 주 절삭날을 형성하는 윗면으로서, 인서트를 상기 윗면에 수직인 방향에서 보았을 때 각각의 주 절삭날은 볼록한 윗면,바닥지지면에 위치된 바닥면,각 주 절삭날에 대해 아래를 향해 이어진 두 개의 길이 방향 측면,인서트의 길이 방향으로 서로 떨어져 있으며, 본체의 나머지 부분에서 길이 방향으로 튀어나온 본체의 일 부분에 제공된 경사부를 갖는 두 개의 끝면과,윗면에서 바닥면까지 본체 전체를 관통해 있으며, 체결 나사의 나사 섕크를 받아들이는 원통부 및 윗면 부근에 배치된 확대부를 포함하는 중앙 구멍을 포함하며,각 측면은 인서트의 각 능동 절삭 모서리를 향하여 높이가 증가하며, 능동 절삭 모서리는 각 측면의 반대편 끝부 보다 높고, 측면은 일반적으로 윗면과 예각으로, 바닥면과는 둔각으로 기울어져 있으며, 각 측면의 상부는, 여유각을 형성하도록 아래를 향한 경사로 각 주 절삭날 전체에 따라 이어지는 웨이브진 기본 여유면을 포함하며,각 길이 방향 측면의 하부는 지지면과 결합하는 접촉면을 형성하고, 또한 상기 하부는 중앙 구멍의 원통부 직경보다 더 긴 거리로 길이 방향으로 이어지면서 바닥면까지 이르는 리세스를 포함하며, 또한 인서트를 측면을 향한 방향에서 보았을 때 상기 리세스는 인서트의 길이 방향으로 전체 원통부를 지나 이어지는 절삭 인서트, 그리고상기 중앙 구멍에 삽입되어 나사 구멍에 나사 결합되는 체결 나사를 포함하는 밀링 공구.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 거리는 원통부 직경의 120 % 이상인 것을 특징으로하는 밀링 공구.
