Claims (6)
- 중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체가 유량제어밸브 또는 유량계, 상기 유량제어밸브 또는 유량계의 우회 라인(bypass line), 및 상기 우회 라인에 설치된 폐지밸브를 구비한 라인을 통해 유동하는 때에 상기 폐지밸브를 간헐적으로 개폐시켜서 상기 우회 라인 내에 보유된 중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체를 갱신시키는 단계를 포함하는,중합 용이성 물질의 취급방법.
- 중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체가 유량제어밸브 또는 유량계, 상기 유량제어밸브 또는 유량계의 우회 라인, 및 상기 우회 라인에 설치된 폐지밸브를 구비한 라인을 통해 유동하는 때에 상기 폐지밸브를 개방시켜서 상기 라인을 통해 유동하는 중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체의 일부를, 상기 우회 라인을 통해 유동시키는 단계를 포함하는,중합 용이성 물질의 취급방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유량제어밸브 또는 유량계를 통해 유동하는 중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체의 유량을, 상기 라인을 통해 유동하는 중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체의 전체 유량의 80% 이상으로 하는, 중합 용이성 물질의 취급방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중합 용이성 물질이 (메트)아크릴산, (메트)아크릴산 에스터, (메트)아크롤레인에서 선택되는 1종류 이상인, 중합 용이성 물질의 취급방법.
- 중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체를 유동시켜서 유량제어밸브 또는 유량계, 상기 유량제어밸브 또는 유량계의 우회 라인, 및 상기 우회 라인에 설치된 폐지밸브를 구비한 라인이 설치된 중합 용이성 물질의 취급장치에 있어서,상기 폐지밸브를 간헐적으로 개폐시켜서 상기 우회 라인 내에 보유된 중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체를 갱신시키는 기구를 갖는 것인, 중합 용이성 물질의 취급장치.
- 유량제어밸브 또는 유량계, 상기 유량제어밸브 또는 유량계의 우회 라인, 및 상기 우회 라인에 설치된 폐지밸브를 구비한 라인이 설치된, 중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체를 유동시키는 중합 용이성 물질의 취급장치에 있어서,중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체의 취급 중에 상기 폐지밸브를 개방시켜서 상기 라인을 통해 유동하는 중합 용이성 물질을 함유하는 액체의 일부를, 상기 우회 라인을 통해 유동시키는 기구를 갖는 것인, 중합 용이성 물질의 취급장치.
