Claims (3)
- 하기 화학식 1의 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.화학식 1LiaNi1-x-yCoxMyO2-z상기 식에서, M은 Mg, Sr, Ca, Ba, Al, B 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것이고, 0.95≤a≤1.05, 0.3≤x≤0.4, 0≤y≤0.04, -0.03≤z≤0.03이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 M은 Al과 B의 혼합물인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.
- 하기 화학식 2의 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.화학식 2LiaNi1-x-yCoxMyO2-z상기 식에서, M은 Sr, Ca, Ba 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것이고, 0.95≤a≤1.05, 0.3≤x≤0.4, 0<y≤0.04, -0.03≤z≤0.03이다.
