Claims (18)
- 화상표시장치에 있어서,데이터 유지노드의 전위에 따른 화소농도를 표시하는 화소표시회로,화상신호에 따라 상기 데이터 유지노드에 제1 및 제2 전위 중 어느 하나의 전위를 주는 데이터 기록회로, 및 상기 데이터 유지노드의 전위가 상기 제1 및 제2 전위사이의 미리 정해진 제3 전위를 초과하고 있는 경우는 리플래시 신호에 응답하여 상기 데이터 유지노드의 전위의 리플래시를 행하고, 상기 데이터 유지노드의 전위가 제3 전위를 초과하고 있지 않은 경우는 상기 리플래시 신호에 응답하여 상기 데이터 유지노드의 전위의 리플래시를 행하지 않은 리플래시 회로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리플래시 회로는, 그 한쪽 전극이 상기 데이터 유지노드의 전위를 받고, 그 다른 쪽 전극이 상기 리플래시 신호를 받으며, 상기 한쪽 전극 및 다른 쪽 전극 사이의 전위차에 따라 그 용량 값이 변화하는 커패시터를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 커패시터는 N채널 전계효과 트랜지스터로 구성되고, 상기 N채널 전계효과 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극이 상기 커패시터의 상기 한쪽 전극으로서 상기 데이터 유지노드의 전위를 받고, 그 소스가 상기 커패시터의 상기 다른 쪽 전극으로서 상기 리플래시 신호를 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 커패시터는 P채널 전계효과 트랜지스터로 구성되고, 상기 P채널 전계효과 트랜지스터의 소스가 상기 커패시터의 상기 한쪽 전극으로서 상기 데이터 유지노드의 전위를 받고, 그 게이트 전극이 상기 커패시터의 상기 다른 쪽 전극으로서 상기 리플래시 신호를 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
