Claims (4)
- 교반기 또는 코팅제조기에 쌀을 투입한 후, 쌀 100 중량부에 대해 젤라틴, 아라비아검 또는 아르긴산 농축액로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 식용 접착제 1 내지 5 중량부를 균일하게 분사하여 상기 쌀 표면을 식용 접착제로 코팅하는 단계 및상기 식용 접착제로 코팅된 쌀을 가루녹차, 가루우롱차 또는 가루홍차 중 선택된 어느 한 가루차 0.1 내지 10 중량부를 첨가하여 50 내지 150 rpm으로 교반하는 단계를 포함하는 가루차가 코팅된 기능성 쌀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가루차의 입도가 1 내지 300 마이크로인 것을 특징으로 하는 가루차가 코팅된 기능성 쌀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 쌀이 올벼쌀인 것을 특징으로 하는 가루차가 코팅된 기능성 쌀의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되는 가루차가 코팅된 기능성 쌀.
