Claims (5)
- 니트릴히드라타제를 갖는 1종 이상의 미생물로부터 미생물 촉매를 제조하는 단계;수성 아크릴산 용액으로 미생물 촉매를 세정하는 단계;세정된 미생물 촉매를 사용하여 수용액 중에서 아크릴아미드를 제조하는 반응에 아크릴로니트릴을 공급하는 단계; 및생성된 아크릴아미드를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는,니트릴히드라타제를 갖는 미생물 촉매를 이용한 아크릴로니트릴로부터의 아크릴아미드의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니트릴히드라타제를 갖는 미생물이 바실러스(Bacillus)속, 박테리듐(Bacteridium)속, 마이크로코커스(Micrococcus)속, 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium)속, 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium)속, 노카르디아(Nocardia)속, 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas)속, 마이크로박테리움(Microbacterium)속, 로도코커스(Rhodococcus)속, 아크로모박터(Achromobacter)속 및 슈도노카르디아(Pseudonocardia)속 및 외래 니트릴히드라타제 유전자를 포함하는 형질전환된 미생물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 아크릴아미드의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴산 수용액의 아크릴산 농도가 0.01 중량% 내지 10 중량%인 아크릴아미드의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴산 수용액의 pH가 5 내지 11인 아크릴아미드의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 아크릴산 수용액의 pH가 5 내지 11인 아크릴아미드의 제조 방법.
