Claims (10)
- 외장면과 복수의 비외장 내부 표면을 포함하는 조명 사인 하우징으로서,상기 조명 사인 하우징은 의도 메시지를 전달하기 위해 복잡한 기하학으로 구성된 주변 형상을 구비하며, 적어도 상기 비외장 내부 표면의 일부에 도포된 필름을 구비하고,상기 필름은 확산 반사성 필름 및 이 확산 반사성 필름이 적층되거나 코팅된 거울 반사성 필름으로부터 선택되며, 상기 필름은 ASTM E1164-94를 사용하여 측정할시 적어도 90 %의 반사율을 갖고 이 필름이 도포되지 않은 동일한 형상의 사인 하우징보다 휘도 효율성 및 휘도 균일성이 모두 증가하는 것인 조명 사인 하우징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산 반사성 필름은 ASTM E1164-94를 사용하여 측정할 시 적어도 90 %의 반사율을 갖고, 상기 확산 반사성 필름의 적어도 90 %의 반사율이 1 % 증가하면 휘도가 약 5∼7 % 증가하며, 상기 확산 반사성 필름은 열유도성 상 분리 폴리머 필름을 포함하는 것인 조명 사인 하우징.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 필름은 하나의 주 표면상에 감압 접착제층을 갖고 상기 필름 및 접착제층의 두께는 대략 50∼500 ㎛의 범위에 속하는 것인 조명 사인 하우징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산 반사성 필름은 구멍에 백색 입자를 갖고 있는 다공성 폴리올레핀 필름 또는 비상용성 폴리머 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 조명 사인 하우징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 반거울 반사성 필름이거나, 적층된 확산 반사성 필름 또는 확산된 반사성 코팅을 갖는 거울 반사성 필름인 것인 조명 사인 하우징.
- 외장면 및 복수의 비외장 내부 표면을 포함하는 조명 사인 하우징으로서,적어도 상기 비외장 내부 표면의 일부에 필름이 도포되고,상기 필름은 확산 반사성 필름 및 이 확산 반사성 필름이 적층되거나 코팅된 거울 반사성 필름으로부터 선택되며, 상기 필름은 ASTM E1164-94를 사용하여 측정할시 적어도 90 %의 반사율을 갖고, 이 필름이 도포되지 않은 동일한 형상의 사인 하우징보다 휘도 효율성 및 휘도 균일성이 모두 증가하는 것인 조명 사인 하우징.
- (a) 외장면과 복수의 비외장 내부 표면을 포함하는 조명 사인 하우징을 제공하는 단계와,(b) 확산 반사성 필름 및 이 확산 반사성 필름이 적층되거나 코팅된 거울 반사성 필름으로부터 필름을 선택하는 단계로서, 상기 필름은 ASTM E1164-94를 사용하여 측정할시 적어도 90 %의 반사율 갖고, 이 필름이 도포되지 않은 동일한 형상의 사인 하우징보다 휘도 효율성 및 휘도 균일성이 모두 증가되는 것인 필름 선택 단계와,(c) 상기 조명 사인 하우징의 비외장 내부 표면의 적어도 일부에 상기 필름을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 사인물용 필름 사용 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도포 단계는 상기 내부 표면에 상기 필름을 부착하는단계를 포함하는 것인 사인물용 필름 사용 방법.
