Claims (10)
- (a) 복합 형태의 조명 사인 하우징의 내부 표면과.(b) 적어도 복합 형태의 내부 표면 일부에 도포된 필름을 포함하고, 상기 필름은 필름이 비도포된 같은 복합 형태의 사인 하우징보다 휘도 효율성 및 휘도 균일성을 모두 향상시켜 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 형태의 조명 사인 하우징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 확산 반사성 필름, 반거울 반사성 필름 및 적층 또는 코팅된 확산 반사성 필름을 구비한 거울 반사성 필름으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 형태의 조명 사인 하우징.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 ASTM E1164-94를 사용하여 측정 시에 적어도 80 % 반사성을 지닌 확산 반사성 필름이며, 상기 필름이 도포되는 상기 하우징의 상기 내부 표면은 실질적으로 하우징의 수평 및 수직 내부면을 모두 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 형태의 사인 하우징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 확산 반사성 필름은 ASTM E1164-94를 사용하여 측정될 시 적어도 90 %의 반사성을 갖으며, 각 퍼센트에 대해 적어도 90 %의 확산 반사성 필름의 반사성이 증가되며, 대략 5∼7 % 사이에서 휘도가 향상되며, 상기 확산 반사성 필름은 열유도성 상 분리 폴리머 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 형태의 사인 하우징.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 필름은 하나의 주 표면상에서의 감압 접착층을 갖고, 상기 필름 및 접착층의 두께는 대략 50∼500 ㎛의 범위에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 형태의 조명 사인 하우징.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 확산 반사성 필름은 구멍에 백색 입자를 갖고 있는 다공성 폴리올레핀 필름 또는 불화합성 폴리머 혼합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 형태의 조명 사인 하우징.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 적층된 확산 반사성 필름 또는 확산 반사 코팅을 갖는 거울 반사성 필름 또는 반거울 반사성 필름이라는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 형태의 조명 사인 하우징.
- (a) 하우징의 내부 표면과,(b) 적어도 표면 내부에 도포된 소정의 제1항 내지 제7항의 필름을 포함하는 조명 사인 하우징.
- (a) 소정의 제1항 내지 제7항의 필름을 선택하는 단계와,(b) 적어도 조명 사인 하우징의 내부 표면의 일부에 상기 필름을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사인물용 필름 사용 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 도포 단계는 상기 내부 표면에 상기 필름을 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사인물용 필름 사용 방법.
