Abstract
Description
자동차 창유리 코팅 비닐(재질:폴리메틸-메타-아크릴레이트(PMMA) 등)에 광촉매 코팅제품을 사용하면 (TiO2)광촉매의 효과를 배가시킬 수 있다. 이에 사용되는 조성물의 비율은 PMMA 조성물 100중량부에 광촉매(TiO2) 5~10중량부를 첨가하여 자동차 내부의 냄새 및 살균 작용하는 환경정화 기능과 초친수성 효과에 의해 김서림 방지, 오염방지 등으로 자동차를 청결하게 하여준다.
또한 현재 몇몇 차종에서 적용되는 폴리카보네이트(PC) 창유리에 TiO2광촉매를 조성물 100중량부에 5~10중량부를 첨가하면 창유리의 투명성과 결합하여 냄새 및 살균작용 효과를 배가시킬 수 있다.
특히 자동차 실내 자재에 사용되는 아크로니트릴-부타디엔-스틸렌(ABS)수지, 폴리스티렌(PS)수지에 조성물 100중량부에 TiO2 광촉매 5~15중량부를 첨가하면 태양 빛 자외선에 의한 자동차 내부의 냄새 및 살균작용하는 환경정화 기능을 활성화 할 수 있다. 또한 TiO2 광촉매 코팅 자재를 사용하면 광촉매의 강한 산화분해 반응에 의해 자동차 실내의 냄새 제거 효과를 더욱 강화시켜서 실내공기를 쾌적하게 유지시켜 준다.
Claims (2)
- 폴리프로필렌(PP)/에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔-모노머(EPDM)로 된 엘라스토머와, 폴리프로필렌(PP)/스틸렌-에틸렌-부타디엔-스틸렌(SEBS)로 된 엘라스토머로 구성된 열가소성 엘라스토머(TPE;Thermo Plastic Elastomer) 55~65 중량부에, 폴리프로필렌 단일중합체(PP Homopolmer) 10~20 중량부 및 폴리프로필렌 공중합체(PP Copolymer) 20~30 중량부가 포함된 내장재의 표피재 성형용 열가소성 올레핀계 엘라스토머 조성물로 구성하되,상기 조성물의 100 중량부 기준에서 0.5-2.0 중량부의 컬러 마스터 배치를 첨가하여 성형품의 고유한 컬러를 부여하며, 광촉매(TiO2)는 비표면적 60~300(m2/g), 입자사이즈 5~20(nm), 광촉매(TiO2)함량이 80~85%인 것을 상기 조성물 100 중량부 기준에서 5~15 중량부를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 실내 정화를 위한 광촉매(TiO2) 적용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌/에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔-모노머(PP/EPDM)와, 폴리프로필렌/스틸렌-에틸렌-부타디엔-스틸렌(PP/SEBS)중 두가지만을 100 중량부로 볼 때,폴리프로필렌/에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔-모노머(PP/EPDM) 엘라스토머는 45~55 중량부로 구성하고, 폴리프로필렌/스틸렌-에틸렌-부타디엔-스틸렌(PP/SEBS) 엘라스토머는 50~55 중량부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 실내 정화를 위한 광촉매(TiO2) 적용 열가소성 수지 조성물.
